MoreNoteGrid (formerly Wimbo) is a song maker app for anyone interested in making music. Earn coins when you make songs and beats using our super simple sequencer for beginners. Solve the daily musical puzzles by making songs or modifying beats and melodies. Develop your musical ear by deciphering melodies in Match The Melody. WHAT THE H*CK IS NOTEGRID? • An easy music grid sequencer to make your own music even if you don't play an instrument, don't know how to compose music or know any music theory. • A music game. You make melodies and beats and get coins for it. • Free, with ads. Yep, ads suck, but not getting paid for your work sucks more. • Basically you place notes on a grid and cool sounds come out, usually. • The daily challenges are tiny fragments of beats and/or melodies and your goal is to complete the melody or beat by adding to it. WHAT NOTEGRID IS NOT: • NoteGrid is NOT a fancy DAW (music production app) like Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, FL Studio, Pro Tools. • NoteGrid is NOT for recording audio, mixing music or learning an instrument. • NoteGrid is NOT an app for finding recipes. It just isn't. Don't ask. WHY NOTEGRID Team NoteGrid consists of just 2 peeps: Luis and Andrés. We're on a mission to make music-making so easy, any idiot could do it. We also want to make it so fun, that you'd be an idiot not to use it. Apparently, we have a thing for idiots. This app is far from perfect, but we listen to 100% of the feedback we receive and we're adding cool stuff and fixing un-cool stuff every day to reach our goals. DAILY CHALLENGES The Daily Challenges are basically like Musical Ad Libs. You'll start off with a simple melody or beat on the grid. Build on the existing melody and create something unique of your own. It's so easy, you'll be able to make music that sounds awesome before even knowing what a chord, scale or interval is. You don't need to know how to play any instruments either. You'll also get points for completing these challenges and listening to what others did. CREATE HEAD-BOBBING BEATS • Experiment and let your creativity flow as you produce everything from scratch. • It's so easy, your grandma could do it. (no offense, grandma) • Try different percussion sounds and unlock more instruments as you advance.
