STORY OF SUNSHINE VALLEY:
In Summer of 2022, a tract of remote countryside popped up in a land auction, and a cat named Zoe bought Sunshine Valley for a dollar. Nobody else wanted it. Zoe wants to invite more people to live here, and to turn the valley into the kind of community they always dreamed of living in. But they’re a dreamer, not a builder. They’ve got no idea how to do it.
So, they put the word out - and you heard about it. And now, you’ve decided to give it a go. Maybe this is the chance you’ve been looking for?
It won’t be smooth sailing - there’s talk that some sneaky business types have been lurking about, and there are mysterious lights on the mountainside at night, and nobody seems to have an answer to the question of why everyone left here in the 90s? Could it happen again?
