Wuthering Waves Beta Test Review: Can It Truly Be The Genshin Killer? (1)
Cecil Gao -- Superpixel
When the open-world Action RPG Wuthering Waves was first announced, many players quickly saw it as the strongest competitor to Genshin Impact thus far. Not without reason - the developer behind Wuthering Waves, Kuro Games, is an expert in the anime-style action game genre and has years of experience from their previous title, Punishing: Gray Raven. So when Kuro Games announced the first beta test would be on April 20th, a wave of excitement swept through the gaming community. The so-called "Genshin Killer" has finally arrived - but how does it fare? Will it be able to compete with the current king of the genre, or even surpass it?

genshin killer? dude people who play that will also probably play this. cuz after finishing main story you'll need to wait for new update to continue and the only thing to do after that is doing the daily and time gated event, for me it only took half an hour to do everything. as someone who have play genshin since the start, I starve for more games like it

its not a genshin killer, ifyou noticed mihoyo hasnt given much care for making genshin so much better due to them being the only open world game so they sat there happy making money not caring because theres no competition and mihoyo saw the competition and said "were screwed unless we do something" Wuthering Waves OR ANY MOBILE GAME LIKE GENSHIN WILL NOT BE A KILLER! MIHOYO ONLY WANTS COMPETITION! (although knowing mihoyo they will make things that push mobile games tothe limit so they can reap all that money)
