Kebab Cefs! Isn't about kebab only at all. It's all you can think of when owning and being a chef of your own restaurant. Management, supply, hiring, dealing gourmets, and learning new recipes or new cooking utility is packed in detailed and realistic gameplay that makes you play for hours on end.
I think the graphics are final, but the performance optimization seems to be a subject of change. I play this on very entry level laptop, with Ryzen 5 3500H, GTX 1650, and humble 16GB of RAM. The game does run fine, although when looking at certain direction it can get quite choppy.
The graphics itself make sense. It's not bad but it gets the job done. At some occasion you can make your restaurant looks really really good. But other than some lights and ambient occlusion, the game doesn't offer much in terms of graphics.
I really love the gameplay. You gotta do so much in a game so little. All are simulated. If you want to make a food, this is generally the steps:
1. Unlock the recipe first
2. Learn how the recipe is, because it's literally a recipe you need to follow, no tutorial included.
3. Find the tools you need for the recipe
4. Find the stores which sells the ingredients needed
5. Experiment with your ingredients because maybe there are more than the one said in the recipe. Usually some more dishes could be made in similar, but in some bit of change, that you need to follow properly if you want to get perfect stars rating.
6. Add the dish to your menu
7. Make the food, which involves everything from cutting, grilling, making sure the food doesn't overcook/undercook. Make sure to make the food quick because you want the food to stay warm. And lastly decorate it as you wish.
8. Deliver it to tray and it will be used up to 4 servings (so 4 people can eat that dish before it runs out and you need to make it again)
So... Yeah the game is detailed. But it's not overly detailed like Cooking Simulator does. That I'd say ANNOYINGLY detailed. This game is JUST RIGHT kind of detail. When you learned the recipe, you usually remember it next time making it so it would be more like a routine.
Economy in this game isn't hard, at least they let you mess up a lot before you actually get to borrow some money from the bank. But yeah don't worry about it. It's a sandbox game anyway.
THIS IS AN EARLY ACCESS! All stuff are subject to change. But so far you can do a lot in this game. The food is varied, anything from meal to desert are possible in this game. What do you need more?
Well that is if you finish the Bosses the game offers. The boss are those Gourmets. Each one require specific way to beat, which is super interesting to play through. And after that you got juicy new items and recipe to progress.
The restaurant itself has 2 places. The first one is free obviously. The second one can be bought after playing like 12 days in-game, which is quick. So you can decorate your very own restaurant the way you like at that moment.
Also, the character customization can be so wacky i Love it! This is special because you can okay up to 4 people online. Which is super interesting to try on. You can either eliminate yourself or try to help each other for real.
Conclusion :
Yeah you probably really want to play this game despite still in early access. So go ahead and buy it! This is really fun and the coop just make it so much better. Although bug and glitch, which sometimes are game breaking, need to be kept in mind. I do find some but restarting usually fixed the problem.
