Is there a game that not only devoured your time but also drained your wallet?
Scandal Unveiled:
Korean game companies like MU Online and RO online face scrutiny for misleading gacha draw probabilities, with some titles revealing odds of winning as low as 0.25%.
Ragnarok: Eternal Love admitted that the probability labeling for over 200 virtual items was incorrect, with the highest discrepancy reaching up to eight times.
Meanwhile, MU Online by WEBZEN announced that the probability of obtaining certain virtual treasures was not the previously stated 0.25%, but rather, the first 149 draws would inevitably yield nothing, with the possibility of drawing only starting from the 150th draw.
Following new regulations, companies are required to disclose accurate probabilities, with penalties for non-compliance. This highlights the importance of rebuilding trust between game companies and players.

Ragnarok M gacha fiasco were pretty big back then. Sadly, the ONLY vocal community against it publicly is JP player who'd rent multiple "small buss" with banner, circling around city spreading the news. Also, another reason separated JP client is the ONLY server getting all nicest Mount and Card up to 6months earlier for free via event OR dirt cheap pack; turned to random 0.0025% gacha box once launched on Global server😂.
