This month, Indus Battle Royale was released for a global audience, and the reviews have been mixed—some say it's bad, while others say it's really bad. But is this true? We're going to explore that in this video. Before we dive in, let's consider a few key points: Indus is not a AAA title. The game is aimed at low- and mid-range devices. It was made by a team that doesn’t have much experience with this type of game. In this video, I won’t just be talking about the gameplay. We'll be examining everything—from the UI to controls, mechanics, graphics, and, of course, gameplay. So, let's get started. First up: The UI The overall UI is decent—no real issues there. It does feel similar to other games like Apex and COD. It's clear that the developers took inspiration from these games, but that’s not necessarily a problem. Most game UIs are pretty similar these days. You can find all the important elements on the main screen: avatars, weapons, vehicles, ranked mode, the store, battle pass, profile, leaderboards, and more. The settings offer everything you'd expect in a battle royale game—customizable control hub, sensitivity options, graphics, audio, and more. Next: The Controls This is where the problems start. The controls don't feel smooth, and the joystick is a nightmare. I use a four-finger claw, and every time I tap the shoot button, the joystick pops up and blocks my shots. I tried tweaking the settings, but it didn’t work for me. I just want a fixed joystick! There's also an issue with changing weapons and aiming. Overall, the controls desperately need an update. Controls make or break a game, and right now, I really don’t like them. Mechanics The weapon mechanics are decent; they look and feel good. However, some guns could definitely use improvement, and I’ll go into more detail on that in the next video. Graphics The graphics are aimed at low- and mid-range devices, and for that audience, they're fine—not great, but playable. They aren’t going to blow anyone away, but they get the job done. Gameplay Now, this is the main reason people are hating on the game, and I completely agree. The gameplay is terrible. I played five matches, and nothing worked smoothly. It felt like everything was messed up. My first thought was, “I can’t play this anymore.” The character movement is fast, but aiming and shooting feel like you’re controlling a turtle. In one match, I got shot three times by a sniper, and in that time, my iron sights still hadn’t opened—while I was using an SMG! I honestly don’t recommend this game to anyone until it gets a bug fix update. I don't understand why they released it so early. If the developers had taken more time, they could have polished it and delivered a solid game. But right now, it feels like a disaster, similar to Warzone Mobile. A fun adventure game about a detective who's on a mission to look for a missing kid call Joe. At first when I had launched the game, I was completely surprised by the art work. It reminded me of the comic style art/ 90s cartoons !! And for me it was the highlight of the game. The game has several levels that are locked into chapters each having its its own story. Each level starts with a location where the detective (player) has to find clues and missing objects to find the hints related to the story. The puzzles are not very difficult and if stuck you can use the clues by watching an ad. Just for some levels I felt that the hints were a bit difficult to understand even after obtaining the clue from the ad. I don't know why I felt at some places the language was a little too difficult for me to understand. Maybe they can consider making it more friendly. The story progress is smooth and exciting and i could reach the end in few days. The game has very minimal background music or any visual effects and I found it okay because the gameplay itself was very engaging. All in all it was a wonderful game to play.
