I’ve loved this game for years, it’s incredibly unique and fun from the very start. It’s a fluid physics based puzzler and focuses on Swampy, an alligator who loves baths. It constantly introduces new game mechanics and challenges that keep every level interesting and if a level is too hard you can skip it. There’s also tons of secret levels and collectables to discover. It does have a free sequel, but It doesn’t capture the ambiance as well in my opinion.

If the art style in this screenshot looks familiar, it's probably because you've played or at least seen footage of the great, super-challenging roguelike Darkest Dungeon. The art for Path of Puzzles looks so similar to Darkest Dungeon that it's got to be just teetering on the edge of being literally copied from that art style. That said, the reason the Darkest Dungeon-esque art stands out so much is that it's a striking, powerful aesthetic, and that remains true in Path of Puzzles as well. And it's not just the art that this game shares in common with Darkest Dungeon!

I've been a huge fan of Yacht Club's retro love letter Shovel Knight since it first released in 2014, but I had yet to try out the puzzle game spin-off, Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon. What a game, I just got started but I really enjoy solving puzzle games and this one is very intriguing. I saw it on YouTube back then. Now I got to play the game I am so excited.

It is an atmospheric stealth puzzle in which we will control time to improve the performance of a tiny blonde-haired girl who also has the ability to slow down and rewind time, allowing her to solve various puzzles and overcome obstacles; it is the porting from PC to Android. In each level, we will have to avoid dangers, find key moments and interact with the environment simply by swiping our finger on the scenario with an isometric view. Every action we take influences the course of events, requiring us to plan carefully to progress also because in the subsequent levels, unlockable for a fee, we will be followed by robot sentinels. Whether you were a commoner or a pharaoh, once you entered the Duat, the land of the dead, things only got more difficult; the pharaoh had the privilege of using a boat for transportation. Successfully crossing the Duat meant passing through various gates and doors that were often guarded by knife-wielding deities. And even if you made it through all of this, the very heart of the deceased still had to be weighed against the lightness of a feather before their final fate was pronounced.  It is a clever puzzler whose challenges are faced in the Egyptian afterlife with tile swapping to guide the murdered pharaoh through 66 levels, filled with obstacles such as deadly enemies, barriers that must be opened and floors that collapse when crossed, which provides a constant challenge and never boring.

I thought I'll hate this game. I don't know why maybe because I've played Poly Bridge. But I'm so wrong and this game is so much more than just Poly Bridge clone! In fact the gameplay is so different the more levels you beat. It's ridiculous and fun. The PORTAL theme is really nice and suit the gameplay so much.
