I've been a huge fan of Yacht Club's retro love letter Shovel Knight since it first released in 2014, but I had yet to try out the puzzle game spin-off, Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon. Now that Pocket Dungeon is out on mobile via Netflix, I've run out of excuses to avoid giving it a try. Good news: It totally rules. Shovel Knight Pocket Dungeon once again put me in control of the delightful and heroic Shovel Knight, along with some other Knight friends I could unlock as I found them hidden away in shrines. This time, though, instead of working my way through NES-style platforming levels, I was led through a series of, well, pocket dungeons by the mysterious Puzzle Knight.

If you really love puzzle games or want something to keep you busy during your free time, Cat of Khronos is the perfect choice. This brilliant puzzle game put me in the mind of a cat trying to get fish by manipulating time. That setup might sound cute and charming, and it is! Don’t be fooled into thinking that means Cat of Khronos is a walk in the park though. This game has perplexed me through its many well-made puzzles. And even without much in the way of guidance or help, I enjoyed the game’s tough challenges.

It has some Portal-style reminiscences, since in the intro we will wake up in a place unknown to us: Our nightmares! In this nightmare we will be a guinea pig who will have to solve a series of puzzles using optical illusions, that is, holding an object and moving back it will increase in size to activate gears, reach doors that are too high and/or activate hidden switches. As we delve deeper into our nightmares, the puzzles will increase our state of anguish since they will become more and more complex, here we will have to challenge logic and creativity. In a flexible illusory way our brain will start to send you signals through perspectives and physical principles to advance in this fantasy world. Each puzzle is a challenge and an improvement for our thinking, allowing us to experience an unprecedented sense of accomplishment in the process of solving the puzzles.

why is this game so good even though this game is very simple and simple when you see it but when you play it it's really good why ?   This game has a story difficulty at every stage, for example at levels 1 to 5 it is very easy but when you level up it feels more difficult. SHOULD I PLAY UGLY? Give Ugly a go if you’re into platformers, puzzlers, or dark fairy-tale worlds. Even though controlling two characters simultaneously in a mirrored world can be incredibly disorienting, Ugly’s puzzle mechanics are truly unique and blend perfectly with the game’s dark atmosphere. And though I wouldn't classify Ugly as horror, there were still plenty of twisted memories to unlock that genuinely gave me the creeps.

In 2020, the video game "Heaven Dust" boldly posed the inquiry, "What would happen if "Resident Evil 1" were presented with a top-down camera perspective?" The resultant offering manifested as a proficient action-adventure, notably more accessible than its muse due to the perpetual visibility of zombies. Presently, the emergence of "Heaven Dust 2" initiates a subsequent query—"What if the "Heaven Dust" narrative unfolded within a more expansive mansion?" Consequently, this sequel lacks the endearing qualities found in its forerunner. "Heaven Dust 2" unfolds in the aftermath of its predecessor, with the protagonist, Steve, awakening from the cryo pod wherein he had been confined after an abduction by corporate operatives. He discovers himself within another mansion besieged by rampant zombies. Regrettably, those anticipating a setting akin to a city immersed in a zombocalypse reminiscent of "Resident Evil 2" will likely find themselves disillusioned by the sequel's thematic choice.

One of the best puzzle games I played, I like the story and the controls are super new and great and it is interactive in 3D. I really love it thank you . 🥰

Aɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀ Tʜᴇ Rᴏᴏᴍ Cʟᴏɴᴇ TLDR: Inspiration taken from The Room franchise is too obvious here, but it's pretty good. 👍 Pros: 1) Beautiful graphics 🎨 and sound effects 🎵 2) Puzzles are mostly intuitive but there are a few which are head scratchers, but in a good way. 3) Puzzles are nicely chaptered and levels seem well-paced, doesn't overstay its charm. It gives you a feeling of progression which is welcome.

That's totally a fun game! Wonderful graphics with easy control. The sound effect and the music is awesome!🙌 You can build a car, helicopter and even planes for solving the puzzle! The core gameplay revolves around engineering makeshift vehicles—on land and in the air—from a variety of components like wooden boxes, wheels, motors, fans, rockets, and balloons. The pigs' goal is to safely pilot these often ramshackle contraptions from a starting point to a finish line, typically to retrieve pieces of a map leading to the birds' eggs.

Prepare for a rollercoaster ride in 'Trick Art Dungeon,' a game that shakes off the dust of generic narratives. Join a young explorer on a quest to find his missing parents in a museum where reality takes a backseat to imagination – but with a twist. GAME PRESENTATION: Art Style and SFX: 'Trick Art Dungeon' isn't just eye candy; it's a visual rollercoaster. The art style blurs the lines between reality and the fantastical, and the sound effects add an extra layer of immersion. Forget the usual, this is an artful deviation from the norm.

The Silent Age is by far the best puzzle game I've played. The game is short leaving you a desire to play more, but the story, characters and creativity still make it a must play in my book. I would pay good money for a sequel to this game.

Crack codes, discover secrets, and investigate mysterious scenes in The Flower of Evil! This is a world where every corner contains a puzzle waiting to be solved. Challenge your mind with a variety of brain-teasing tasks, including decrypting passwords and manipulating intricate mechanisms. As the story progresses, you will enter different scenes, each of which contains items that can be used to solve puzzles that will test your ingenuity.

It is an atmospheric stealth puzzle in which we will control time to improve the performance of a tiny blonde-haired girl who also has the ability to slow down and rewind time, allowing her to solve various puzzles and overcome obstacles; it is the porting from PC to Android. In each level, we will have to avoid dangers, find key moments and interact with the environment simply by swiping our finger on the scenario with an isometric view. Every action we take influences the course of events, requiring us to plan carefully to progress also because in the subsequent levels, unlockable for a fee, we will be followed by robot sentinels. It has many connections with Prince Of Persia & Lara Croft Go. It immerses us in a world where time is not only a resource, but the main tool to solve puzzles.

A planned mine escape mission that will put our wits to the test 📖 Storyline: We play as a brave and resourceful miner who finds himself trapped in the depths of a dangerous mine.  From here on we will set off, in narrow 3D tunnels, for an exciting journey in search of clues to unlock some puzzles.  As we explore the caves we will discover hidden treasures, thanks to the use of our pickaxe, which will accumulate coins to purchase torches (they last just over a minute) and other gadgets.  We will face the last escape challenges that separate our hero from freedom.  Be careful, the puzzles must be solved immediately before you fall into a deadly trap!  Trying to find the exit from each room is quite difficult to escape, despite the map at the top left.  Be careful of insects and always try to find food and water to avoid suffocation due to humidity.

It doesn't take long to discover that there are many brilliant developers out there that can skillfully incorporate some extremely clever puzzle solving techniques. The unfortunate aspect is that the majority of the world will most likely not fully appreciate it because of their preconceived assumptions that these games, while objectively fantastic, just do not align with what they deem good and/or fascinating.
