I can't say I was ever a fan of the series, but it's interesting to see that it's still around and developing games since my last time playing Garden Warfare. In PVZ3, I feel a little more taken out of the gameplay than in the originals. I would have loved to be able to just play the game without having to worry about the whole plot going on in the background, which was sometimes impossible to skip.

SHOULD I PLAY WELCOME TO PARADIZE? You can safely skip this one, unless you really can’t get enough basic survival crafting action. Well, the character customisation lacks more presets, graphics are nothing special (I'd compare them to any generic Unity survival game on Play Store), and movement seems odd, though it could just be me. Combat is okay, although it could be polished more. The game is, ultimately, and without a doubt, inspired by Last Day on Earth, which is easy to see based on mechanics (stamina, restriction of movement freedom..etc). What caught my interest for now is the story behind the so called ghouls, so I'll play this for a while.
