A tense sci-fi walking simulator that you can finish in one sitting - Fort Solis Quick Review

SHOULD I PLAY FORT SOLIS? Fort Solis is absolutely worth playing, as long as you know the type of game you’re getting into. And that is, to be clear, a one hundred percent narrative game. Virtually all of the “gameplay” in Fort Solis is made up of walking around the titular creepy abandoned base on Mars, with a small handful of very simple puzzles and quick time events. That said, if you’re down for a creepy, suspenseful story, this one will get under your skin in all the best ways.

Silent Age: A Time-Bending Puzzle Adventure

"The Silent Age" transports players into a mysterious blend of a dystopian future and the vibrant 70s, offering a point-and-click adventure filled with puzzles and an intriguing narrative. Background Story: Set against the backdrop of a vanished humanity, the protagonist, Joe, an average guy stuck in a dead-end job, becomes the unexpected hero amidst the winds of change in 1972. The narrative promises a departure from the ordinary, adding depth to Joe's otherwise unremarkable life.

Are you looking for your next roguelite obsession? Look no further

SHOULD I PLAY WARM SNOW? Absolutely play it if you enjoy action-packed roguelites with tons of unlockables and a unique setting. Warm Snow takes place in a fictionalized version of seventeenth-century China where the kingdom has fallen into chaos thanks to a strange phenomenon known as “Warm Snow.” I had to slice my way through multiple locations and thousands of mutated enemies to get to the bottom of this bizarre event, equipping myself with different relics and weapons as I did so. This is as tightly designed and fun of a roguelite as I’ve ever played and definitely worth the dozens of hours you can put into it if you want to unlock everything.

Another crappy gacha game tarnishing the legacy of a brilliant anime series

SHOULD I PLAY TOKYO GHOUL: BREAK THE CHAINS? Skip it, unless you’re really, really into Tokyo Ghoul. Tokyo Ghoul: Break the Chains presents the exact same stuff I’ve seen a million times before across the long string of samey mobile gacha games I’ve tried over the years. It doesn’t contain an original idea in its gameplay or design. This lack of originality would make for a boring game no matter what, but it’s especially disappointing given the brilliance of the anime, light novel series, and manga it’s based on.

One of the best modern Metroidvanias gets an even better sequel - Blasphemous 2 Quick Review

SHOULD I PLAY BLASPHEMOUS 2? This is the easiest “YES” I’ve given in ages, unless you can't handle how nasty it is. Blasphemous 2 is a sequel to what was already one of the best and most memorable Metroidvanias of the modern era. But much more than just retreading the exact same territory, this sequel builds wisely on the strengths of the first game. It’s not just a long adventure and not just a return to the disturbing, gothic world of 2019’s

A great anime adaptation inside a subpar gacha game - DanMachi Battle Chronicle Quick Review

SHOULD I PLAY DANMACHI BATTLE CHRONICLE? Only play it if you really like DanMachi. DanMachi Battle Chronicle is a visually stunning gacha game based on the popular light novel/manga/anime series DanMachi or Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? in its full English title. The game features a well-made story backed by great voice acting and cutscenes, but it falls short with everything else: repetitive gameplay, slow progression, limited content, and a poorly designed shop.

Epic 7 is great, and it's because of Violet and Luluca.

Epic Seven (7) is epic. Great graphics along with beautiful animated cutscenes that appear not too commonly during the storyline; atleast this is compensated by the new characters' E3 animations. Speaking of which, the LORE is immaculate. I cannot recall ever skipping the text that plays at the beginning of each level or episode, because I want to get to know the characters. The characters, no matter the rarity, all play such a huge role in the overarching LORE of Epic Seven; despite the endless roster of playable characters, there's never any one that leaves me confused on who they are. (The Moonlight heroes, on the other hand.......)

This anime fighting game-inspired roguelite deserves your attention

SHOULD I PLAY BLAZBLUE ENTROPY EFFECT? Definitely give this one a shot if you’re a fan of great roguelites or the action-packed anime aesthetic of the BlazBlue series. This spin-off, BlazBlue Entropy Effect, sees familiar characters, move sets, and thumb-crushing combos of the BlazBlue fighting games translated into a roguelite action game formula. That makes for a challenging experience, but thanks to a tightly designed progression system and an intriguing story, I found it hard to put this game down.

This flashy gacha RPG may not be as deep as Baldur’s Gate, but it’s pleasantly D&D-inspired

SHOULD I PLAY DRAGONHEIR: SILENT GODS? There are two main determining factors on whether you should check this one out: if you love old-school fantasy and tabletop RPGs like Dungeons & Dragons, and if you don’t get immediately turned off by gacha and microtransactions. If you answered yes to both of those, then Dragonheir: Silent Gods is definitely worth playing. This cross-platform gacha RPG provides a much deeper and more unique experience than most gacha games, and it does so while paying tribute to the epic, imaginative fantasy of

Diablo IV's Season of the Construct gives players a robot buddy to adventure with

Diablo IV has been through some big ups and downs since launching last summer, but the game's third season is about to begin, and it may be the biggest and most interesting one so far. The world of Diablo may be mostly known for angels and demons, but this time mechanical monstrosities will be getting in on the action. Titled "Season of the Construct," this season will see players journey to the depths underneath the desert of Kehjistan, where ancient robotic technology has sprung back to life and been made to serve the forces of evil. Players will make camp at the town of Gatehall and explore various vault dungeons full of the titular constructs as they attempt to master this powerful force for themselves.

I've never known a game like this before: Fancade, it's quite fun because it has games inspired by Mario bros even Tetris is included but in modern version.  Dino bros, I love them because they make an amazing duo, even though they have to be together in every level, based on mental skill games because you have to be careful if one dies or the other falls into the water. You can also create your own game but make it: interesting, fun and with a touch of logic.

The best lore game I played is Nier. Drag-on Dragoon was release in 2003, later titled Drakengard, was created by Yoko Taro. Later it was followed by a sequel, then pre-sequel, and a lot of spin-offs. And Nier started as a spin-off from this Drakengard series, later getting a series of it's own. From this small description itself we can say for sure that this one's a lore-rich game! But don't worry you can enjoy Nier as it's own, but the world building is so rich that we need to have atleast the basic idea regarding it's history and lore to spot all the references and make all the connections.

If you skipped Warhammer 40,000: Darktide or stopped playing, it's time to give it another shot

Despite being made by the same team that created the beloved Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide and Warhammer: Vermintide 2, players were very lukewarm on last year's Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The mixed reviews on Steam pointed to tons of bugs, a lack of content, and unrewarding progression as major problems contributing to the lack of excitement. Well, developer Fatshark has been working away at Darktide for a year now, improving on those issues with patches adding new content, balancing classes and abilities, and squashing legions of bugs. That all culminates in the just-launched Patch 13, which completely overhauls how classes and leveling work in the game.

This sci-fi RPG is nearly as good as Genshin Impact - Honkai: Star Rail Quick Review

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it! Honkai: Star Rail is a sci-fi RPG that’s better than developer MiHoYo’s Honkai Impact 3rd and comes very close to the charm of the much-loved Genshin Impact. Star Rail’s immersive storyline, beautiful graphics, and deep turn-based combat have kept me thoroughly entertained. TIME PLAYED I played Honkai: Star Rail for seven hours. The tutorial took me around forty minutes, and the rest of my play time has been dedicated to various lengthy questlines. I’ve also acquired seven characters and leveled five of them to their current max of level twenty.

The sequel to one of the most brutal, disgusting Metroidvanias ever is about to launch

If you played the original Blasphemous anytime since it came out in 2019, then you know it was a disturbingly bloody little game that proved that pixel-art graphics can still bring the gore and grossness. And if you played it, you'll also know that on top of being filled with messed up enemies and cutscenes, it was also an extremely good Metroidvania. But whether you played the first game or not, you should take note of the impending release of

#TheBestLoreGame - Outer Wilds!

I hate reading logs and diaries in any game. I just don't have patience for that  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Outer Wilds was probably the first game where I felt super engaged when reading every journal, log entry, and text piece that I could find. It has a masterfully crafted world with a complex story. And the game manages to deliver its narrative in a seamlessly easy and engaging way without any voice overs or cinematic cutscenes.

Final Fantasy XVI is everything a Final Fantasy game needs to be - Final Fantasy XVI Review

Since it arrived last month—heck, even since it was first revealed way back in 2020—one of the most oft-repeated opinions about Final Fantasy XVI has been that it doesn’t feel like a Final Fantasy game. After spending eighty hours with this latest entry in one of gaming’s biggest franchises, I can finally definitively respond to that opinion: Yes, Final Fantasy XVI doesn’t feel like a Final Fantasy
