I have Hu tao C0 , she got 30.000HP , more than 1000 attack , it can seem low but her substats say that if her hp are lower than 30 % of the max hp then she gets attack pyro bonus and if you got her signatur weapon she gets an extra 0,8 attack bonus based on her max hp wich means the more hp she has the more the attack boost is gonna be .So with her

So , she is strong 💪🏽 when I say it , I mean it . Will over 3000 defens miss here can easily heal people in your team with her ultimate. She got her competence that can reduce elemental resistance of enemies. With this only that's amazing but she also boosts elements of your party members . She is exactly Kazuha , Natlan version that's so cool . You know what ? She can also work with Kazuha so feel free to put those two together.
