PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it! Doomblade is a challenging but charming Metroidvania that gives off Hollow Knight vibes but manages to have a unique identity all its own. Stepping into the shoes of a tiny, tentacled creature known as Gloom Girl, I picked up an evil, sentient sword and set out on an intense adventure to take out the Dread Lords, otherworldly baddies who’ve wiped out the Gloomfolk and created a dystopian world. That adventure challenged my skills as much as anything I’ve played this year, but it was well worth fighting through to explore this wild, interesting world.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Wow, this is way harder to answer than it usually is. I would say skip Garten of Banban 3 if you’re looking for what might traditionally be called a “good” game. From Sherlock Holmes to the recent film remake of the classic Agatha Christie novel Death on the Nile, I’ve been captivated by the detective genre over the years. It’s not just TV and books either. As a kid, I loved the board game Mystery Mansion, where you’re tasked with building a Victorian-style mansion and finding the hidden treasure in one of the estate’s many rooms. Something about gathering evidence, piecing together clues, and slowly revealing the truth inspires me. In fact, there was a time I even wanted to be an FBI agent! It’s no wonder this love of intrigue has extended itself to gaming as well.

If you've never heard of Mimimi Games, now's a good time to become acquainted. This indie developer has created two very well-received stealth-focused strategy games in 2016's Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and 2020's Desperados III. And now they're back at it again, with the ridiculously cool Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew. If the jaunty little sea shanty in the video above didn't make it immediately obvious, Shadow Gambit takes the real-time stealth tactics that Mimimi Games is known for but adds in delicious pirate themes. You control a crew of otherworldly pirates who have to take on the forces of the Inquisition, free their islands, and, duh, loot tons of booty all the while.

Most of the time good and evil are hand in hand in a dispute for the supremacy of the forces, here represented by Day and Night, trying to achieve the ultimate goal of controlling everything. Hunt the Night follows a path of despair in an atmosphere surrounded by pixels in a top-down action adventure with a steep learning curve. The player will follow the story of Vesper, an integral part of a group called "Stalkers", in the world of Medhram. This group was created to defend humanity against nocturnal creatures that were attracted by the eternal Night. One day the Stalkers, discovered an artifact called Seal, which allowed them to imprison the night and grant humanity eternal day, but with one catch… the Seal will have to be fed periodically through the sacrifice of Stalkers. This prosperous period saw its days over when Blackbone, a former member of the Stalker, betrayed his group and broke the Seal, thus bringing a new era, the era of Night.

I will say that you are playing it more for the puzzles than the story. The prior has quite a bit of nuance and different mechanics for you to master, the latter feels like it falls a little flat. More than anything else the gameplay is actually very enjoyable and 100% levels felt great every time you achieved it. This biggest pitfall for me was that the ad experience was inconsistent with some ads being significantly longer than others and some happening every one level or after a few levels. In this department I usually prefer to know what I am getting myself into. That being said, the game is very well designed and it is clear a lot of care went into it. I would especially recommend supporting developers like these!

CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story is a very linear metroidvania with fun combat, amazing visuals and creative level design. Understanding the story is not going to be a problem, even if you haven't played League of Legends and know nothing about the lore and the characters. This game is very narrative driven, but luckily it's pretty straightforward, you only miss some backstory of certain League of Legends characters, but it's not a big deal. Anyways you play as Ekko, a young inventor who can rewind time with his Zero Drive device and it's up to him to keep his city safe.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it, especially if you like either dogs or puzzles! Humanity is perhaps one of the strangest and most strangely addicting puzzlers I’ve ever played. I could go on about the intricate puzzle designs that incorporate jumping, floating, shooting, moving obstacles, and weighted switches; or I could focus on how the game tested my spatial awareness, logic, reflexes, memorization, and planning. What really got me, though, was the absurdity of playing as a Shiba Inu herding the masses to the light. It really got me thinking about the nature of being a human, who we follow, what happens after we die, and what you would call a dog that herds humans. I have no idea if this was intentional, but I loved these unintended consequences all the same. Add to that a very cool customization element and you've got a damn fine puzzler.

Hi Gamers, This topic is about a racing game ,which would attract to you gamers. It is the game called 'Project Racer' which is developed by Pracergame. Currently it's in beta test, but soon it's gonna release Globally. As a racer in simulator as well as mobile and PCs, I really say that this game is soo realistic and has a best control. Right now because of beta test the game has only 1 car with 1 livery and few tracks. It doesn't has any modes. I'll surely recommend you gamers to try this racing game after the complete release. Defense Derby has just launched it's early access in select countries. The gameplay consists of tower defense but specializes in fun PVP. The PVP game mode puts 4 players against each other with a exciting twist. Aside from the typical idea of just putting heroes on a map to defend a lane, the PVP features a currency system called derby coins. Before the round begins all players will see a random character card shown. The players will then wager any amount they desire to try and win that character card. The highest bigger wins the character and can deploy them to protect their castle. You never know how much your opponents are wagering until the end. The strategy involved makes the PVP mode loads of fun and adds way more depth to the game.
