System Shock (Reviewed) Developer: Nightdive Studios Publisher: Prime Matter Released: May 30th, 2023 Price: $40 USD When it comes to classic video games that eventually get a much-needed remake, System Shock is a breath of fresh air. This is for all you need to know the original game that has been rebuilt in the image that it and all games deserve to be in. Survival Horror, combined with a cyberpunk atmosphere and excellent exploration and discovery will keep you entertained no matter how many times you run in circles.

I'm still a bit sick at the moment, but I hope you will enjoy my review of CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story for the PC. A very enjoyable metroidvania that is based around Ekko, one of the most annoying champions to play against in League of Legends, but his fun playstyle really comes to fruition in this game. Ok I lied. I *thought* I'd found the most difficult piece. WRONG!! Here's the boy genius of the Romantic Period, Chopin, who smashed all conventional rules about time signature and harmonies to SMITHEREENS. making him arguably the most difficult of composers to play. This piece is a friggen ÉTUDE!! A study meant for his students. It was also 100% bloody well improvised. SO damn hard lol

If you suffer from vertigo or simply get dizzy easily, this may not be the game for you! Roto Force is controller- (or phone-)clenching shooter where I played as a tiny lil guy who could shift to the left or right on circular stages. As he moved, the entire perspective shifted along with him, so it almost looked more like I was moving the stage than my character. As if that wasn't enough to mess with my brain, I also had the ability to aim and rocket myself across the stage, quickly flipping my view upside down. It's more than a little bit disorienting. It's also, frankly, pretty brilliant.

Hero Siege: Pocket Edition is a steam-ported game, an indie, role-playing game with multiplayer functions. It's a paid game available on IOS, Android, and Steam, but a hidden gem in my opinion. I played it and made me continue for several days; attempting to get the strongest equipment and straining myself on creating my strongest character ever! (See the picture below for the PC version, not mine)

Started off enjoying it due to the beep bo boop music at from the start. Took a little bit to get used to it but once you do it's extremely satisfying to line up the enemies and  slice through a line of them only to hop over a rock and skewer the next one. My only complaint is that it feels crowded sometimes and gives you less options, but other than that it's a pretty great game!

Laya's Horizon is another netflix subscriber only game. So in order to play this game, you do need an active netflix subscription in order to play it. Please keep that in mind if you are considering playing it. Laya's Horizon is a game that I recently tried out, and while it looked pretty and kind of reminded me of games like Sky: Children of the light, but also the Alto series, which isn't surprising since the developers of Laya's Horizon also made the Alto series.

This game is very challenging and I love it. As a puzzle game fan, I was looking forward to this game and fortunately it did not disappoint. Graphic is low quality, the music is alright and the story doesn't really matter, I won't even question why some of these floating things are guarding fish.. all that matters are the puzzles, and they really did a really great job at designing those puzzles. The gameplay is nice. I really love the time jump mechanic, I think it's very creative and definitely is a breath of fresh air. This game is just not your generic puzzle games.

From Sherlock Holmes to the recent film remake of the classic Agatha Christie novel Death on the Nile, I’ve been captivated by the detective genre over the years. It’s not just TV and books either. As a kid, I loved the board game Mystery Mansion, where you’re tasked with building a Victorian-style mansion and finding the hidden treasure in one of the estate’s many rooms. Something about gathering evidence, piecing together clues, and slowly revealing the truth inspires me. In fact, there was a time I even wanted to be an FBI agent! It’s no wonder this love of intrigue has extended itself to gaming as well.

The game offers quite a bit of different gameplay styles based on what class you choose. Every 500 steps forward enemies will become a little bit more difficult but the quality of loot will increase and you will get extra xp to compensate for it. After reaching a certain level you will be able to unlock additional skills as well.  It offers a season system where, depending on how you do in the current season, you can expect to win premium currency or unique cosmetics. I think that this model of monetization is a great alternative to F2P players. It also has the option to have either swipe or a dpad. Control customization is always something great to see. I very much enjoyed my time with this game and recommend you do the same.

Introduction I love baseball. It is my favorite sport out of any other sports like basketball, football, and cheese rolling. A dream of mine would be to be a great second baseman. There’s 9 innings, 4 balls, 3 strike, and 3 outs. There are also 9 different fielding positions from the infield to the outfield. A hitter stands in a box near the catcher. A pitcher throws fastballs and off speed pitches to try to stoke them out. The bitter must get on base by any means. There are 3 bases and a home base. Get to home base, your team earns a run. The team with the most runs win. There’s a lot more to talk about, but it’s a bit more complicated, so let’s talk about

As someone who grew up loving football having the ability to create my own team and lead them to victory was something that I always enjoyed. Having been a competitive Madden player for a short stint I found myself wishing that they would do more with the franchise mode. Thankfully, several years later, I found this game. It doesnt have the high end buget that the madden series does but boy does it have heart. Having some advanced concepts like contract restructuring franchise tagging, and prorating is something that I did not expect to find in such a simple looking game. There is something left to be desired in terms of UI for switching between current roster and bargaining chips while in draft and the trading block but the game does so well in other departments that I am willing to overlook these concerns. I would highly recommend you check it out if you are a fan of football or if you like simulations. The developer recently released the 3rd edition of  the game but I have not had the luxury of playing it (do be on the lookout as I definitely will).
