Astronite is a charming but pretty brutal metroidvania with fun level design and smooth gameplay. Your mission is to get to the center of the planet that used to be your home to investigate if the dangerous entity called 'The Unknown' is still living down there. Many didn't return before you and things do not look good for you either, because you are forced to make a crash landing and now you are stuck on this planet that is full of deadly creatures.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it if you’re at all a fan of Vampire Survivors and its many clones and imitators. Bio Prototype takes the one-tiny-character-versus-hundreds-of-baddies and adds in a healthy dose of science. You play as a lab experiment gone wrong. Instead of just leveling up and unlocking a growing list of power-ups, you earn both internal and external body parts and must work out a functioning evolutionary path for your creation. This extra layer of depth adds a ton to an already addictive genre of games.

Tap into ur inner surfer stereotype for this on! I really enjoyed this one. This game is definition of perfect. It has a huge world, many quests and side quests, has a good story and a good combat system. And also there is reputation system. I've played this game about 100+ hours and I enjoyed every second of my gameplay. Sure it is a bit hard for beginners but it has story mode for casual gamers. The music of this game is free tracks but this musics fits so good with game's atmosphere. But if that game right here have a good soundtrack and good graphic, that game will be one of the best games of all time.

Destiny Saga is a rouge like RPG that eliminates many p2w features we have seen in other similar games. The game is mostly solo story driven with no heavy PVP combat. The tavern is your main spot where you will be interacting with NPCs that give you quests to complete. You will then travel to different worlds/levels that have dungeon like layouts. The mini map shows off how the area works with each square representing a room. Most of the paths are pretty linear but occasionally there will be a different way to go that can lead you to hidden treasure. 

Cassette Beasts (Reviewed) Developer: Bytten Studio Publisher: Raw Fury Released: Apr 26, 2023 Price: $20 USD Cassette Beasts is what I would call an excellent attempt at resurrecting a monotonous and linear game like the Pokémon series, combined with an absolute banger soundtrack and reminiscent elements of relationship and bonding amongst the friends you meet, comparable to the Persona series. The game features a wonderful pixel graphic aesthetic that will be familiar to anyone who has played any Pokémon game in recent years. While it is similar, it is sufficiently distinct in its own style and charm to avoid being a "knockoff."

Prime of Flames blends the addictive randomness of roguelikes with the tactical gameplay of strategy RPGs, resulting in a game that’s hard to put down. Set in an apocalyptic world, Prime of Flames asked me to guide clans to a new homeland. There were monsters and other challenges along the way, but there were also merchants, artifacts, and other powerful upgrades, so my units always ended runs stronger than they started.

Hi guys, I'm Joy and I hope you will enjoy my review of Evan's Remains! Evan's Remains is a story driven puzzle platformer with a beautiful pixelated art style and a very mysterious plot. You play as Dysis, a girl who is hired to find this boy genius called Evan on this strange island. Along the way you come across all these monoliths and a boy called Clover. In the beginning Clover kinda ignores you and is only focused on writing in his notebook, but later on he opens up more about his reason for visiting this island after you spend more time with each other.

If you've never heard of Mimimi Games, now's a good time to become acquainted. This indie developer has created two very well-received stealth-focused strategy games in 2016's Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and 2020's Desperados III. And now they're back at it again, with the ridiculously cool Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew. If the jaunty little sea shanty in the video above didn't make it immediately obvious, Shadow Gambit takes the real-time stealth tactics that Mimimi Games is known for but adds in delicious pirate themes. You control a crew of otherworldly pirates who have to take on the forces of the Inquisition, free their islands, and, duh, loot tons of booty all the while.

CONVERGENCE: A League of Legends Story is a very linear metroidvania with fun combat, amazing visuals and creative level design. Understanding the story is not going to be a problem, even if you haven't played League of Legends and know nothing about the lore and the characters. This game is very narrative driven, but luckily it's pretty straightforward, you only miss some backstory of certain League of Legends characters, but it's not a big deal. Anyways you play as Ekko, a young inventor who can rewind time with his Zero Drive device and it's up to him to keep his city safe.

This might sound strange, but one of my favorite things about video games is failure. It’s not that I like losing, exactly; I just appreciate having a safe environment to screw up in. Bramble: The Mountain King is a very atmospheric adventure game with some platforming, puzzle and action elements here and there set in a grim fantasy world inspired by Nordic folklore. You play as Olle, a young boy who embarks on a great, but dangerous adventure through the beautiful and sometimes unsettling environments of this world to rescue his sister from the clutches of fairytale monsters. It's really about the journey in this game, all the different scenarios you come across are very memorable, but sometimes really unsettling and scary. Eventhough I didn't like all the chapters equally, because some were more like horror scenarios than fantasy scenarios, I was never bored and I was captivated by this game the whole way through.
