Wizard of Legend is a pixelated, isometric rogue-like dungeon crawler that is a mobile port of a game released back in 2018. It makes the transition from PC to mobile almost seamlessly, offering an incredibly in-depth and rewarding rogue-like experience in a handheld package. The premise is simple. OH MAN, HAAK IS INSANE!!! I just spent the last 5 hours playing this game and I'm still reeling from the experience! The combat is SO TIGHT, the levels are SO COOL, and the story is SO DEEP! I mean, I've played some action games in my time, but HAAK takes the cake. The way you can chain together combos and take down enemies with style is just SO SATISFYING! And the world! Oh man, the world is just SO IMMERSIVE! I felt like I was actually exploring a futuristic city, dodging bullets and taking down bad guys.

The game takes place in a spooky and abandoned town where the player takes on the role of a pizza delivery person who is trying to deliver a pizza to a mysterious customer. As you progress through the game, you will soon discover that this is no ordinary delivery. You find yourself in a haunted environment where the streets are eerily empty, and the buildings are abandoned.

The combat isn't in depth, which would be strange for a tower defense game. 3. Although it's not in-depth, hoh boy, this game can be DIFFICULT. 4. It's a strategy game for the most part, which is very stimulating for those looking for a mental challenge, such as myself. 5. The characters look great! That's without them being sexualized like so many characters, male and female. 6. The music is superb! I love the default lobby music, it's just so relaxing. 7. A massive variety of characters with different skills and attack patterns, etc, make the game fun despite it being a tower defense game. 8. The game itself looks great! 9. The base function means that f2p players are not screwed, but it may take a while to progress. 10. The proxy annihilation cards make Orundum farming so much quicker! 12. It doesn't seem like that it places massive reliance on stats, I mean I generally can do levels below the recommended operator level. 13. The difficulty is something I seek, because of the feeling of accomplishing a challenge that I thought wasn't possible. 14. The challenge mode addition means that you can play through the game again upon completion but it will be even more difficult in the long run. Dislikes: No multi-farm mechanic. 2. Auto deploy is not always consistent. 3. You can only double the combat speed, which is the default speed in auto deploy, would like it if it could be faster. 4. No way as far as I have been able to see in which you can change your name more than once without spending money. Now, a few important notes/tips: This is a tower defense game, so if that's not your thing, you probably won't enjoy this. 2. The gameplay can indeed be grueling, so if you're easily discouraged, I encourage you to not give up. 3. Resources are rather scarce, especially the only currency which can buy skins, (originate prime) so use sparingly. 4. Five things you will have to learn: Order of deployment, location of deployment, timing of deployment and skills being activated, and team synergy (these five things are often necessary together). 5. Do not convert "originite prime" to "Orundum" or buy furniture with "originite prime" if you care about buying skins for operators. Finally, the story is dark, so it's not for the faint of heart. Also, I am in episode 2, as of the time I posted this review, so I haven't made it very far, and thus, I may update this as time goes on.

Loooooooove it! Game play? LOOOOOOOVE it! I believe that this new game from Hoyoverze will be very successful as well as Genshin did and is still is to this day. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to free RPHs will there also be a Garcha mechanic? Probably but regardless that you don’t necessarily HAVE to spend a single dime to enjoy the game. It was worth the wait tbh, now…I’m highly excited for it
