Gnome King Adventures | Android

It's an action-strategy game developed by Rexobyte, recently updated on February 3, 2026. In the peaceful world of the gnomes, a disturbing shadow falls on the village: dark creatures emerge from nowhere and capture innocents, imprisoning them and spreading fear throughout the huts and woods. When all hope seems lost, he awakens from his regal slumber to face this threat. His mission is clear: travel through treacherous territories, fight hordes of enemies, free the captured gnomes, and restore peace to his land. Rescued gnomes return to the mines to generate gold, which we can spend to upgrade equipment and allow the king to enhance weapons and armor. Each territory features an increasing number of dangers, bosses to face, and strategic obstacles to overcome. Each stage features different enemies and environmental challenges to overcome with timing and tactics, including the final boss. As we progress through the world, we'll use weapons and special abilities to upgrade.  The combination of real-time combat and resource management makes for a fun and rewarding experience, with a good balance between challenge and progression.

Eastern Exorcist | Android

It is a 2D metroidvania set in a fantasy oriental world with evil spirits and monsters; it recalls the classics "Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice", "Vanillaware", "Odin Sphere", "Muramasa" and "Dragon's Crown". We will take on the role of a skilled exorcist against the chaotic world of evil spirits and monsters, moved by their spell, to make our way through brutal fights! From the beginning we will have a sword at our disposal to execute demons and monsters with tactical combat mechanics, that is, to break the enemy's posture you have to start inflicting real damage even by tackling him, with a dodge, from behind. The title focuses a lot on parrying, in fact, the combat is less basic than most metroidvania games. Most of the fights are based on parrying/attacking/and then on dispersing, which is an interesting mechanic like Soul Rea Er that absorbs souls.  It's almost like a more oriental version of Blasphemous, but again less deep. The traversal isn't difficult, but the game is all about the bosses and trying to find faster ways to kill them! There are about 25 bosses to fight, some of which are quite challenging in order to get power-ups. The action design was done frame by frame with the typical hand-drawn Chinese ink painting style.

Warhammer co-creator Bryan Ansell has died

One of the co-creators of Warhammer tabletop games has passed away. Miniatures designer Bryan Ansell, who joined Games Workshop in 1983, passed away December 30 at the age of 68, his wife Diane announced via Instagram. Diane Ansell did not provide a cause of death, but noted that Bryan had died “peacefully at home this morning surrounded by his family.” Along with the announcement, she included a classic photo of Bryan, wearing a mullet and a T-shirt with torn-off sleeves as he commanded a “Mighty Avenging Chaos Army” from Warhammer Fantasy Battles.

An amazingly...disappointing pixel art RPG. The characters are good, story somewhat generic, art is beautiful and the game itself? Dry paint. I mean I had no issues at first, with the combat playing itself, but when the game's progression and power scale is heavily dependent on gacha...it just sucks to grind one week straight just to get level up one character by 20 levels and max them out (assuming that you're lucky to even get the character in gacha). The game may seem generous towards F2P at first, but later on, progression hits the wall like a truck. Enough ranting. The game contains the main campaign, dungeons in which you can farm resources for upgrading characters and weapons, elemental towers for farming the artifacts, monthly boss challenges in which you might win the skins (in gacha ofc), seasonal expeditions which contain good rewards and broken PVP arena (idk who'd even add pvp in a game like this).

Towaga: Among Shadows | Android

It always happens at the last moment that from #playstore I get a little pearl focused on #towaga or the guardians of light. In reality, if I hadn't looked for the etymology of this word, I wouldn't have gotten there if it were the porting of the legendary #nintendoswicht yes I said to myself let's see what it's about! It's an exciting adventure that will test our determination and courage as we fight on the ground and/or in the sky against terrifying creatures. From the images I thought it was a side-scrolling game, actually to tell the truth only when it takes flight while on dry land it is fixed! Here we will discover powerful spells to improve skills and unlock impressive equipment helping us in countless missions to defeat Metnal the Voidmonger and his Legion of Darkness. There are over 70 levels to overcome, we will never be short of challenges. Furthermore, along the way, we will discover the mysterious past of Az'Kalar through various artifacts that reveal a compelling plot.  This magical kingdom comes to life with stunning graphics and cinematic cutscenes inspired by animated films. So much fun on #androidgame

🤯👍😱

Total size when I play this game is 714 MB, The first game I tried and encountered with a unique combination of match 3 objects and roguelike. With a background story that is no less unique, namely the invasion of slime in the land of animal. Slime which is usually weak, becomes overpowered. [Lately, it's not only in anime but also in games.] At the start of the game there is only story mode, with a format of 1 chapter consisting of 3 stages and each stage has a different wave. The higher the stage, the more waves you have to fight. Slime is divided into several types : Regular slime (Doesn't have a shield)Elite slime, mini boss and Final Boss (has a shield)

This Muppet Babies version of Rainbow Six is the best mobile game I’ve played in the last year

SHOULD I PLAY RAINBOW SIX: SMOL? This is a genuinely baffling question. On the one hand, Rainbow Six: Smol is a (deliberately?) upsetting mash-up of children’s illustration styles and Tom Clancy’s concept of state-sanctioned murder being extremely fun and cool. On the other hand, it’s also an extremely fun mobile game that is unsullied by the usual need to constantly push microtransactions. If you’ve got a Netflix account and can look past the jarring thematic dissonance,
