That was until I discovered this game, a post-apocalyptic simulation and management game that combines elements of role-playing and card games. If you, like me, enjoy simulation and management games, or if you're a fan of role-playing games, you absolutely must give this game a try!

Towaga: Among Shadows is a casual but insanely fun action-adventure game with beautiful 2D visuals and smooth animation that explores a world of darkness from the perspective of a light-bringing warrior. After an hour of monster slaying, I’ve come to enjoy Towaga: Among Shadows’s simple shoot ‘em up gameplay and storyline. In Towaga: Among Shadows, I embarked on an adventure to save a stunning Aztec-themed world from evil monsters seeking to ravage everything in its sight. I had to battle against various creatures using abilities and a beam of light that I could redirect willingly with the swoosh and hold of a finger. I’ve found the story mode more enjoyable so far, despite only dabbling in the game’s survival mode, but I’ve yet to play multiplayer.

Baldur's Gate 3 is both a fantastic experience and, at times, a hindrance. Due of the numerous troubles the game has had as a result of being in Early Access and being neglected when it comes to beta testing their game breaking bugs and concerns. Despite this, it remains a respectable addition into Larian Studio's catalogue, but I wouldn't put it on the same level as their past titles, such as Divnity Original Sin II

It’s time to put on our ski masks, loot a few weapons, and jump into the action because Fortnite’s latest launched season is all about agents, spying, and heisting. In Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4, prepare yourself for one hell of a ride as the game receives some of its biggest changes and additions in a long while. This update sees new weapons like the Infiltrator Pump Shotgun and Business Turret added, as well as some other cool stuff like the Rocket Ram (which I personally like the most). As someone who loves action RPGs and open-world exploration, I was hooked the moment I saw the first trailer. This game throws you into ancient China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms era, a time of war, political turmoil, and hidden martial arts secrets. You play as a wandering swordsman, but unlike many RPGs, you’re not just following a linear path. The choices you make actually shape your journey, which is something I really appreciate.

The remake of "Resident Evil 4" opens remarkably, streamlining the original route to the village and guiding players to the initial major set-piece. The game commences with an extended battle in the town, where the constant buzz of chainsaws signals their owners' relentless pursuit of Leon. The Hardcore difficulty mode introduces a fresh challenge: escaping is no longer the supreme strategy it once was, as the ganados now actively chase the player and inflict significant damage. Another standout feature is the original death animations of Leon, with the animation team delivering some of the most gruesome, terrifying, and occasionally even darkly comical demise scenes the player has ever witnessed. The central combat mechanics still revolve around targeting specific locations for damage, such as shooting enemies in the legs or head to stagger them, followed by close-quarters attacks. An exciting new addition is the ability to evade with our knife, resulting in chaotic encounters where Leon miraculously emerges unscathed.

PLAY IT OR SKIP IT? Play it! If you’re already a fan of Crash Bandicoot, then a multiplayer online battle arena (or MOBA, like League of Legends) might sound like a strange direction for the series. But I had a blast in Crash Team Rumble. TIME PLAYED I clocked around five hours on the PlayStation 4 version of Crash Team Rumble. Most of my time was spent in competitive battles and building up Coco—Crash’s sister and my character of choice—in experience, outfit customizations, and special moves.
