The first build is the one I use most of the time and its more focused on range but it still has a very controllable amount of recoil. The second build has no recoil at all and just about anyone could beam with it but the range isn't as good as my main build but its still decent. the m16 is a gun that had been the worst gun in codm But now in season 10 it has gotten a specialist perk called "wild fire" which makes it automatic and  overpowered the m16 is going to be the best gun in the game
