So Guys here is my Cartethyia build . She is a hp scaler which means you gonna have hell of options for her because , well THE GAME NEVER HAD A HP SCALER SO FAR . Anyways I was prepared so I hot her signatur but you don't have to if you don't have pulls at all . If u have pulls go grab her sig tge damage output is insane . Here , she can sure red spring (Camellya signatur) as a remplacement tge crit rate is good on here but you will need to watch that hp meter. It should go from 30.000 hp to 50.000hp
