Wuwa might have one of the most advanced gameplay compared to other anime open world. We can run on walls, flip up to tackle obstacles while running, jumping over obstacles, etc. It's just so fun to explore especially with the I forgot the name the flame rider echo. Anyway, wuwa's character models are unique, actually making each character different from one another (ex. Taoqi) and their graphics is 🔥 character designs however, in my opinion, is one of the best maybe even the best so far in the anime open world community. Lore is good (apocalyptic fantasy!!), but they are desperately baiting you so bad with constant flirting with villains or even just other characters 😂. I wish they would add a bit more humor to add to the pot it would make it more entertaining.

The first month has passed and I'm really pleased with the game. What's really letting me go on so far in playing this game? Here are my pointers: Graphics - 5/5 As you can see, from dialogs to idle mode, everything I see is top notch. Nothing to complain about. One thing to look at however, is related to your device. Are you in a PC or a mobile platform? You can actually compare the difference at a glance.

Hi Everyone!  I've been eager to review this game since its release, but I held off until now. I just can’t wait any longer, so here it goes! I’ve been playing *Wuthering Waves* on both Android and PC since day one. Here’s my take on it: Storyline:  The game is set in a dark, post-apocalyptic world. You play as "Rover," who can be either male or female. From the moment you wake up, you’re dealing with amnesia, and your mission is to unravel the mystery behind it. Along your journey, you’ll meet many companions who will stand by your side. Graphics: The visuals are stunning! From the forests, ruined cities, caves, seas, waterfalls, and skies—everything looks spectacular. If you have an RTX GPU, playing it on PC is a must for the full experience. Plus, I find it more stable than the mobile version. Controls: This can be tricky, especially if you're used to auto-battling in other games. You'll need some time to adjust and practice to perfect parries and dodges. Don’t worry, though—I've had moments of burnout and instant defeats too! But once you get the hang of it, the feeling is incredible. It’s like you’re the star of an isekai movie LOL. And it's because mastering dodge and parry is key to the game’s excitement. Sound:  Initially, the background music didn’t stand out, but I’ve noticed Kuro Games has been improving it over time. Now, it feels much more refined, and I think it’ll only get better. --- Pros:  - Character Design: Beautifully done! From their costumes and movements to their voice acting (I went with the Japanese VA), everything is well-executed, including their backstories and weapons. - Generous Rewards: From the start, Kuro Games has been incredibly generous with rewards, even giving us the underrated SSR character Xiang Li Yao. - Gacha System: My personal favorite! Unlike other games, you only need 80 pulls to guarantee a character’s signature weapon—no 50/50 nonsense. Even if you’re unlucky, you’ll get it by the 80th pull. I got Jinshi's signature weapon in just 10 pulls! - Frequent Updates: There’s always a new event at least once a month, with fresh main storylines, new places, characters, and of course, freebies! - Developer Responsiveness: The devs really listen to the community. For example, I requested Xbox gamepad support for Android in their questionnaire, and in the next update, they added it! So don’t hesitate to share your feedback with them. Cons:  - Compatibility Issues on Android: At launch, the game had some issues on Android—bugs, lag, overheating—even on high-end devices like the Snappy 9 Genz 9. But the Devs have been hard at work, and the game is much smoother now compared to version 1.0. --- Conclusion:  For gamers who love a good adrenaline rush, this game is a must-play. I was genuinely impress by the devs of the game. They really exceeded my expectations! I played from launch, then quit in 1.1, the story doesn't really capture me at first so i decided to quit. Fast forward today, Version 2.0 has launched, and wow this is like a different game now! The story, the graphics, the scenery, the music. All improved quite a lot! I must say this is the right time to play the game, and like me coming from Genshin (please spare me lol) all i can say is that the future of Wuthering Waves is a very bright one!

So after a week of playing this game casually, here's my updated review: 📖 Story: I just finished the main story (at least for this 1.0 version) and it's decent, nothing mind-blowing, and totally unfinished obviously. What irks me the most is the voice-acting, some characters have decent voice acting, but english female Rover just sounded weird and out of place sometimes. I know Jane Jackson worked hard on this, but it obviously could've been better, specially during the epic final boss fight cinematics, it was visually stunning, but her voice could use some more energy during that, it kinda bought down the epicness of that fight.

This is my rewiew of the newly released game Wuthering Waves.I enjoyed playing this game but their are some cons of this games which I am going to explain further down this rewiew. 📖 Storyline: The storyline of this game is intresting and new unlike any AAA rpg game that I have ever  played before but overall was pretty simple and basic. 🕹️ Controls: Controls are a bit complex but simple movement is easy whereas attacks are complicated.

This was so much fun! Turtle hermit style disco combat. Got beaten pretty hart but it's worth trying to build, I think..... Ape probably hit just too hard, maybe I tried turtle hermit Disco style with other game mode🤣

This fight could've been a lot better with a lot more dmg output if I haven't miss all the important part of the rotation, like Calcharo slam and so on. This Chicken just can't stay still😅! I Had to shift all my focus to doge at that time because all hit from that damn chicken could mean team wipe.

I see so many people saying Taoqi and Aalto are very underrated character. I think people throw around this word too much without assessing the situation. Taoqi and Aalto are not featured on Jiyan's banner so the only way you can get them is if you're lucky. They will be featured in Yinlin's banner so expect more people to get and try using them. Danjin and Mortefi on the other hand, are known for their strengths since it is easier to acquire them since they are in the first banner, so people use them and found them to be good. I know there are people who are not pulling Jiyan's banner and people who only get Chixia dupes (that's me, I only got Chixia dupes and no Mortefi), so they might still not get these characters, but as a matter of fact, many people pulled them and revealed their potential to everyone. Who I would say is truly "underrated" for example is characters like Chixia. A free character everyone have, that is usually benched when you get your new shiny 5 star dps. The truth is she is actually a really good DPS especially with dupes. She's also overshadowed by another strong free unit that is havoc rover. What do you guys think? I'm just throwing it out here because people use the word "underrated" willy-nilly without looking at the full picture.
