Hi Everyone!  I've been eager to review this game since its release, but I held off until now. I just can’t wait any longer, so here it goes! I’ve been playing *Wuthering Waves* on both Android and PC since day one. Here’s my take on it: Storyline:  The game is set in a dark, post-apocalyptic world. You play as "Rover," who can be either male or female. From the moment you wake up, you’re dealing with amnesia, and your mission is to unravel the mystery behind it. Along your journey, you’ll meet many companions who will stand by your side. Graphics: The visuals are stunning! From the forests, ruined cities, caves, seas, waterfalls, and skies—everything looks spectacular. If you have an RTX GPU, playing it on PC is a must for the full experience. Plus, I find it more stable than the mobile version. Controls: This can be tricky, especially if you're used to auto-battling in other games. You'll need some time to adjust and practice to perfect parries and dodges. Don’t worry, though—I've had moments of burnout and instant defeats too! But once you get the hang of it, the feeling is incredible. It’s like you’re the star of an isekai movie LOL. And it's because mastering dodge and parry is key to the game’s excitement. Sound:  Initially, the background music didn’t stand out, but I’ve noticed Kuro Games has been improving it over time. Now, it feels much more refined, and I think it’ll only get better. --- Pros:  - Character Design: Beautifully done! From their costumes and movements to their voice acting (I went with the Japanese VA), everything is well-executed, including their backstories and weapons. - Generous Rewards: From the start, Kuro Games has been incredibly generous with rewards, even giving us the underrated SSR character Xiang Li Yao. - Gacha System: My personal favorite! Unlike other games, you only need 80 pulls to guarantee a character’s signature weapon—no 50/50 nonsense. Even if you’re unlucky, you’ll get it by the 80th pull. I got Jinshi's signature weapon in just 10 pulls! - Frequent Updates: There’s always a new event at least once a month, with fresh main storylines, new places, characters, and of course, freebies! - Developer Responsiveness: The devs really listen to the community. For example, I requested Xbox gamepad support for Android in their questionnaire, and in the next update, they added it! So don’t hesitate to share your feedback with them. Cons:  - Compatibility Issues on Android: At launch, the game had some issues on Android—bugs, lag, overheating—even on high-end devices like the Snappy 9 Genz 9. But the Devs have been hard at work, and the game is much smoother now compared to version 1.0. --- Conclusion:  For gamers who love a good adrenaline rush, this game is a must-play. There are plenty of tough monsters waiting to challenge you! Feel free to share your own experience in the comments. Showcase what my calcharo can do on the early-midgame with the setup that I'm running right now. Pretty much all field boss ending up dying before calcharo can even  use his full circle and on my opinion he's still pretty rough on the edges and still need a lot of upgrades ( echoes too damn difficult to farm 😅). I'm Addicted to Wuwa and can't stop. Cant wait for yinlin to give calcharo a boost😍

Last log in after getting camellya and returned in 2.4. -The graphics/ Story and the soundtrack upgrades are really great!

The first thing you need is weapons. 5-STAR CHIOCE 1: Verdant Summit 2: Lustrous Razor 4-STAR CHIOCE 1: Autumntrace 2: Helios Cleaver The Verdant Summit is the most effective Weapon for Jiyan in Wuthering Waves. The damage and utility it provides to its users is considerable. Although Lustrous Razor is not as good as it is only able to provide an ATK% stat, all the other options are still viable.

Having spent eons in guardianship, the first stirrings of emotion and desire awaken within her heart, fostering a firm determination to connect with the world — and with you.

So, Wuthering Waves, a game by Kuro released in May, 2024. I think it is a wonderful game. It has innovative combat in comparison to its “rival”, Genshin Impact by Hoyoverse, and it has riveting scenery and amazing character designs (let’s not forget the “jiggle physics” and Scar’s you-know-what). But it still has its Pros and Cons. 👍 Pros: As said previously, it has riveting scenery, similar level to that of Genshin, innovative combat, and character designs. The games combat is amazing, all character having different playstyles and roles within the party to allow for a variety of ways to build teams, and fight. It also has gorgeous scenery, rivaling that of Genshin, allowing for various ways to take pictures and explore. And, one last thing, you’re able to run up walls like, excuse me what?! 👎 Cons:  As for the cons, it has a lot of issues, given that it is a new game, I’ll cut it some slack. Anyways, there are various bugs, and the game crashes every once in a while (at least for me and I’ve seen a few YouTubers talk about this). Similarly, it also gets laggy now and then preventing and smooth playing experience. The game also has code showing in various areas instead of highlighting or bolding certain words. Moving on, the storyline drones on and lacks something to engage the player. The voice acting is okay (no hate to the VAs though) since some characters sound like they came straight out of a Zoom call.

Kuro office working their ass off until late night so that we can have the most enjoyable wuwa experience. Thank you so much Kuro game team. You've done amazing. Wuwa didn't disappoint me and I think a lot of people in the slightest. Amazing gaming experience so far, I'm a pretty heavy gamer, play at least 14-15 hours a day, I tried pretty much 80% of the recommened title that came out over the past few years in the rpg genre and only 2 games got me hooked so far. it's Last Cloudia and you guys WuWa🙏🙏🙏

The graphics the story designed are all toop noch playing thiss game.from day 1 love this game only needed is some more story' line and events and character development including Hero selection animation and it will be really improved taking some advice from players wouldn't be bad 😉✈️

The thing that throws me off is that they split functionality across different nodes. So you have to go read the Forte node and be like “okay, this is affecting my Resonance Skill. Now let me go back and read my Resonance Skill with this new information in mind…” So far none of the characters have been all that complex, but I still need to read each node like 3 times to figure out what’s going on.

I'm just gonna keep them until they inevitably let us convert them into golden ones

This was so much fun! Turtle hermit style disco combat. Got beaten pretty hart but it's worth trying to build, I think..... Ape probably hit just too hard, maybe I tried turtle hermit Disco style with other game mode🤣

after playing wuwa 2.2 it is safe to say that Cantarella is the best written character in all of Wuthering Waves, perhaps the best written character in any gacha game that I have played. The fact that she and her family was ridiculed when she alone is the reason why all of Rinascita was saved from the Dark Tide and the horrors of the Threnodian. They made her seem like Gooner bait, but she is so much more than that. She is the most selfless character in the entire game. She went through the horrors of the divine trials being poisoned over and over again, and instead of facing her fellow female family members to the death to surpass the trials, she saved many of them and took the brunt of the poisons herself.

We're getting even more rewards soon, everyone! Lookie here: List of future WW goodies! In short, we're getting a whopping 1m shell credit. This is on top of the 600k we received last time. 20 Crystal Solvents. 1 CS = 60 waveplates. In other words, we're getting 20 free field boss reward chests . Complaining about minor problems can bear fruit... sometimes. 5 Forging Tides. 1 FT = 1 free pull on a weapon banner.

Quickswap defensive sub dps? I find Taoqi's good when paired with Danjin bc she gets Danjin's Havoc boost and gives her shields. Just consume forte, liberation, skill, and your team is safe and you've dealt a nuke.

Our beloved daughter sacrificed herself for the greater good of the world, shielding everybody against Aleph-1, now it's time for us to pay child support and give her the tools to fight the new threnodian. If you have her sig weapon (Good parent) You will go like 4 cost, crit dmg 3 cost fusion & attack dmg 1cost attack ×2 If you don't have her sig, (what kind of parent are you? Go get it!!!) All jokes aside you can use any crit based sword on her and you can make it work.

📖 Storyline:  Storyline might be bad same as other Storytelling but the more you dig into it's getting nice and understand the world setup for me it's good 1.1 is just beginning for wuthering story 🎮 Gameplay: gameplay wise it's enjoyable and not boring at all compare other to open world gacha no need for elemental mechanics just focus on skill buff it provides in every skills 🎨 Graphics: I find it darker and gloomy but I like it and unique my other experience for open world it has color sometimes too much exposure
