The Division Resurgence – a story-driven cooperative third-person shooter set in New York City. As in the previous parts of the series, players in the role of members of an elite squad will try to rebuild a city plunged into chaos after a pandemic. The game will have a full-fledged PvE campaign, which can be completed both alone and together with other players. The developers reported that they have implemented a “huge open world” in Resurgence with high detail and numerous PvE activities that players will be able to complete. The game will have ample opportunities for character customization and a lot of weapons, similar to previous games in The Division series. Players will be able to choose different specializations, depending on their preferences.

Scratching the idea of making Division Resurgence as a 5v5 turn based strategy game and making such an epic shooter game is the best thing Ubisoft has ever done. This game doesn't feel like a beta version. Haven't experienced any bugs or framedrops till now. Increased graphics settings to play but my phone is surprisingly not heating up even after playing for almost an hour. The graphics of this game is top notch. The environment details weather effects are unparalleled. The lighting is a bit disappointing tbh. The light sources in the environment has no effect on the player model. The gunplay and cover system is also great. Ill update the review once I've spent 10+ hours in the game.

Devs are glad to confirm that the next large-scale test of the game is coming in fall of 2023 where they are aiming to bring the game to new audiences including the US. The worldwide launch of The Division Resurgence is now planned for early 2024.

Ubisoft has announced in an official post the release date for The Division Resurgence, the new game in the popular action and RPG series set in a post-apocalyptic world. The game is set to launch in early 2024, following a new large-scale testing phase scheduled for late 2023. The testing will be conducted in various countries; while the full list of countries is yet to be confirmed, the United States has already been confirmed as one of the included locations.
