Addictive but glitchy sometimes
I've been playing for years on and off, like most commenters here. The game is fun and it has improved over the years in some ways, but I don't like that you're forced into paying for extra space for your bags and Pokemon. I also think the GPS is glitchy. Sometimes I get credit for distance I walk if the game is in the background but most of the time I don't. It should be reliable either way but it's unpredictable. The game also crashes a lot and an update is required every time it's opened.

Been playing since day one. Gets me motivated to get up and go outside. Honestly the battling system is just horrible but everything else is pretty cool.

This is Pokémon GO，so fun
Very fun game, super interactive, long term entertainment too. But there are a few issues, with the release of new updates, there have been some game breaking and frustrating bugs. Like pokemon duplication, not being able to catch rare pokemon, ect. Niantic has been doing this for ages but still has lazy bugs. But it's still playable.

Each year, fans of the competitive Pokemon scene look forward to the Pokemon World Championship event, where players from around the world compete for the top spot.
Last year’s World Championship event took place in person at the ExCel London convention center, where five champions took home anywhere from $10,000 to 25,000 in prize money.

《Pokémon GO》9月社群日主角寶可夢公布：「強顎雞母蟲」出现概率提高
Niantic宣佈，旗下智慧型手機遊戲《Pokémon GO》將於台灣時間2023年9月23日（星期六）14:00～17:00開啟9月社群日活動。活動的主角寶可夢為「強顎雞母蟲」，届时「強顎雞母蟲」在地圖上出現的機率會提高，更有機會遇見異色寶可夢。
在活動結束後5小時的最終期限前讓「蟲電寶（強顎雞母蟲的進化形態）」靠近磁鐵誘餌模組並使其進化，就能獲得學會一般招式「伏特替換」的「鍬農炮蟲」。而在相同期間讓「強顎雞母蟲」進化為「蟲電寶」，也能使其學會「伏特替換」。
除此之外，社群日還將展開特殊調查「解開幼蟲寶可夢之謎！」，訓練家需花費1美元（或等值當地貨幣）以領取社群日的獨家特別調查。
在活動期間更將有多項活動獎勵加碼內容，包括：
捕捉寶可夢時獲得的XP增加為3倍。
捕捉寶可夢時獲得的糖果加倍。
等級31以上的訓練家，捕捉寶可夢時獲得糖果XL的機率加倍。
活動期間使用誘餌模組，效果將延長為3小時。
