DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince

Illo everyone! Long time no talk! I hope you're all doing great and keeping yourselves warm, coz I dunno what the temperature is where you all live, but here, it's getting pretty cold! 🥶 I wear a "coat" all year round, so fortunately for me, cold days don't bother that much. Warm days, on the other hand, are a completely different story... Anyway! I've been so busy playing all those new games that recently came out, along with a bunch of other games, that I haven't had much time to write stuff on here.

Dragon Quest Monsters has been a spin-off branch of Enix's beloved Dragon Quest series since the first one launched for the Game Boy Color way back in 1998. These games take the recognizable Dragon Quest art style and implement Pokémon-style creature collecting and battling. It's two great tastes that go great together! Despite being a no-brainer gameplay formula, though, it's been a long time since we've had a Dragon Quest Monsters game make its way to North America.
