New features:
Added option for game owners to revoke build rights, from the player list.
Improvements:
Added sound when entering water.
Bug fixes:
Pressing C and E in rapid succession no longer causes you to fly downwards indefinitely.
Cloning light box now sets the hide "hide" checkbox correctly.
Avatars who have just joined are no longer visible to other players in lobby mode.
Resolved a sticky keys issue, present at low frame rates.
