When it comes to rip-offs, they won't come as blatant as League of Ninja: Moba Battle. The name itself is a blatant rip-off of League of Legends. But that's not all, because the playable characters really look like Naruto characters, from Naruto to Kakashi to the Third Hokage to Karin and more. Judging from the lack of Naruto in the name, I doubt they're licensed by Shueisha, which holds the rights to Naruto, at all!
