Device compass sensor stability will greatly affect the user experience. Many devices can be calibrated by moving in a horizontal path of "8" before it is used the first time.


It is the nature of the orienteering sport that a runner has to change the forward direction by rotating the body. So the app cannot be played when sitting on a fixed chair.
