Game is literally a click simulator. how to play the game? just click around in your phone and you will generate some coins. that's all. your realm is auto generated when you bought the inm, castle, etc. you can't place them yourself like sim city. when you are away, game will generate offline coins for you. I guess the only people who could enjoy this game are ant collectors. buy a colony, migrate some ants in, just watch them grow.
