[New command center level opening] - The upper limit of the command center level has been raised to 18, and new levels of buildings have been opened. - Reduced the cost and time required to upgrade all buildings in the command center from level 10 to level 16. - Level 18 Command Center and subsequent buildings will have the theme color of the active Titan!
