- New bosses: Taldinas (act 3), Bloodthirsty Bonebreaker (act 3), Goksigs (act 2) & Poiseys (act 2)
- New monsters: Devil Heretic (act 3), Destroyer (act 3) and Mummy (act 2)
- 2 new repeatable quests (act 2 & act 3)

₪ CHANGES
- Changed the portal system
- Flaming Hellhound mount can drop from Bloodthirsty Bonebreaker (act 3)
- Wings of Death (white) can drop from Taldinas (act 3)
- Elemental damage is now added to Righteous Fire, Weaknesses of Nature, Frost Storm & Lightning Storm
- Summoned creatures are mortal again, but have more magic resistance & armor than they were before immortality
- Few changes in the interface & locations
- "Nightmare" difficulty removed from the game
- Location "Ancient Ruins" is replaced by a new location "Maze of Damned"
- Localization: Korean, Chinese, Portuguese & Spanish
