Gunman Taco Truck es un juego de conducir colmado de acción, que te llevará a través de los Estados Unidos post-apocalípticos hacia un refugio seguro en Winnipeg, Canadá, en donde no existen los camiones de tacos y el negocio de tacos de tu familia podrá prosperar. Lograr llegar hasta las ciudades seguras es algo frenético, pero tu camión está dotado de armas que harán estallar a los mutantes hasta convertirlos en relleno para tacos. En las ciudades, sirves los pedazos de mutantes a los desesperados sobrevivientes, que son más fastidiosos de lo que deberían. Usa el dinero que ganes y la chatarra que encuentres para mejorar tu camión y comprar combustible y suministros para el viaje hacia la siguiente ciudad.
