Qubotron is an interesting 3D type block game that may start off feeling very simple, the 3D block styles and how to lay them out can get pretty complicated over time if you let it. Gameplay wise Qubotron reminded me a lot of 3D Tetris, with how you stack the blocks and how in one of the modes layers will also disappear if you layer the blocks correctly. There are 3 modes in total for the normal gameplay and also a Zen Mode to choose from as well. Each mode offers a different level of difficulty while Zen mode is chill and relaxing, as the name suggests. You can even accomplish daily tasks that the game offers you if you so choose.

I feel like this game is an exercise for the brain. I like the concept of the game — top view, 3D Tetris! The game is well-designed. On my iPad, the controls are strategically placed so that you can play the game ergonomically while your brain is struggling with how to rotate the pieces. The color scheme and the background music all match the theme of the game! With the left controls, you can rotate the pieces clockwise, counterclockwise, and also vertically rotations. With the right-side controls, you control the position where the pieces would be placed. The pieces are also color-coded so you can tell what level the blocks are in. As you play the game for some time, the speed of the drop of the pieces increases, adding challenge to the game. Don't worry because there were different modes of the game. So if you want to chill out or you want to play it fast-paced, you have your options.
