1° First thing to do is to search the character that you want and make sure that haven’t got the backround. If yes use remove.bg
2° Second thing to do is to have picsart
3° Third thing to do is to select a color backround from draw & color on picsart
4° Fourth thing to do is to put the character image on the backround that you chose. Then save the image.
5° Import the image again in Picsart and adjust the image (like color and light)
