Character models need some work, girls look like men. The battle animations need to hold weight, actually make the monster walk/run up and hit the other one when doing a close hitting move like scratch etc. Optimization needs to be done. Some voice acting could go a long way. The environment looks dead and dull, add some color and more things in the world, it looks empty and boring. I can see a lot of potential if these things are addressed.
