I. New [Paramount Cup]
1. The new Paramount Cup consists of a ""Point Race"" stage and a Finals stage.
2. During the Paramount Cup Point Race, Alliances can earn Paramount Points from the Legendary I Theater of Conquest Battlefield.
3. When the Paramount Cup Point Race ends, ranked Alliances will get rare rewards. The top 8 Alliances that meet the requirements will advance to the Paramount Cup Finals.
4, The Paramount Cup Finals are a Theater of Conquest Battlefield, ranked higher than even Legendary I. Taking part in the PM Cup Finals will earn you rare rewards and exclusive Skins, and the results will be permanently recorded in-game.

II. New Officers
1. [Whip-Cracker] Albina Karanovic, Tank Officer. Skill Preview:
a. Cavalry Charge: Deals Dmg to an enemy (Dmg Coefficient 600/750/900/1150/1500). If this Officer is in a Tank or Helicopter Troop, the damage they take from normal attacks is reduced by 8%/10%/13%/16%/20% for 4s. Prep Time: 8s.
b. Hellish Training: Increases the HP of this Officer's Tanks and Helicopters by 6%/9%/12%/15%/20% and their Dmg Resist by 3%/4.5%/6%/7.5%/10%.
c. Draconian Drills: Increases the Speed of this Officer's Tanks and Helicopters by 2%/3%/5%/7%/10% and their training speed by 2%/3%/5%/7%/10%.
d. Even-Keeled: When this Officer's Tank or Helicopter Troop is attacked by a Skill, they have a 75% chance to reduce the Dmg taken by 13%/18%/24%/32%/40%. Can be triggered once every 4s.
e. War Is Life (Awakening Skill): Increases the Dmg Resist of Tanks and Helicopters in this Officer's Troop by 15%. Whenever it enters combat on the map, this Officer's Troop gains a shield (Shield Coefficient 500) for 4s.
How to Recruit:
1) After she has been unlocked for your server, promote any Martyrs' Watch Ground Officer to Lvl 50 to recruit [Whip-Cracker].
2) [Whip-Cracker] will be available on servers that have been online for at least 300 days.

III. Further Optimizations
1. Reading/claiming all Scout Reports in your mailbox now works with Lighthouses. Tapping the button will trigger the Fog-dispelling effect of all Lighthouses you have found.
2. Changed the unlock time for Rocket Launchers in the Armory. You will now be able to draw Rocket Launchers from the Armory the day your City opens.
3. Optimized the visuals and logic of the Battlefield details page.
4. Winter Huntsman and The Witcher will now only appear on your Officers page after your server first enters the Theater of Conquest.
5. Added an explanation for Troop Aides to the Army panel.
