Kinda similar feeling that makes you afraid even to run the game, although you want to play more, and finish it, served me only two titles - old Doom3, with creepiest hell'ish designs, but little generic now, and Resident Evil VII, with it's ridiculous ideas, creepiest nightmares way more than you expected.
