Basically a good game, but riddled with bugs. Support don't respond to you though as mentioned and you can spend money on items that you don't receive. If support does not then respond you have no recourse. You also get very little for your money anyway. Additionally there is a nasty aggressive bunch of gamers playing who probably just tike to act tough online. Find something else.
