A decently long review of the best TD Gacha on the market right now( tldr its just me glazing AK)

So, I have played Arknights on and off for about one and a half years, and I can confidently say that this is the best gacha game I have ever played. Since i have too much time, I will write a review of this game.
Gameplay?
It looks like your average Tower Defense at first (BTD series and those sorta stuff), but when you research and play more, it becomes a Real Time Strategy game more than a TD. Surprisingly complex for a game that seems so basic.
You have your attackers, your healers, ranged, etc... but the fact that you can bring 12 units, and the fact that all of them are useful in some way makes the game very fun and diverse.
I love that for each new Chapters/Events they introduce a new mechanic that you are forced to interact with, keeps the game much less stale.
There is also a Rougelike gamemode, that i can say is the best Rougelike on the gacha market RN, just for the sheer amount of diversity, both in collectables/relics to boost your units.
Gameplay is also decently hard, but never feels impossible(unless you borrow broken units to clear stages), and I like it for that since most other gacha games feel boring just for how easy most of their content is.
Story?
The world is very "real", with many different nations with differing politics and belief stsyems. Each have their own gimmick, like Laterano is a country with angels wielding AK-47 's and Vector's. Sprinke it some Racism, Hatred and Thousand year long history, and you got AK's world. Oh, and there's rock cancer that can let you cast magic, but it slowly kills you.
They put the Novel in Visual Novels, because my god the story is LONG. If you aren't used to reading actual novel (ie Harry Potter or Russian books), then this is not for you. However, the story is extremely good, with well built characters and struggles, that makes the length well worth it.
Music?
One word: Banger. We got clasical remixes( Der Hexenkonig), Disney-like(Toward Her Light), Electronic(Radiant), Rock/Hard Metal(Operation Extinguished Sins), Artcore( The End/ ......已至), and overall just generally good music. The boss themes do the big guys justice.
Gacha?
The rate of getting the rarest unit is 2%, very decent. After 50 pulls and no 6 stars, chance increase from 2 to 4%, and for each roll you do, the rare increase by another 2%, until 100%.
Pull economy is decent, you can get 5 pulls/week just from doing dailes, free x10 for each anniversary/limited banner.
Doesn't seem to appealing? Remember, ALMOST EVERY UNIT GOES INTO THE STANDARD GACHA POOL AFTER THEIR DEBUT. That means, you can roll for X chara and don't get them, but on the next banner, you can roll for Y chara and X chara can suddenly appear. This is HUGE, and this system is used in almost no other gacha game.
The game is built around low rarity units, so even if you can't get X operator, you can always substitute them with lower tier ops and still clear stages.
Lastly, other stuff I would like to talk about.
You can earn premium currency just from clearing stages, and buy skins for your units even as a F2P.
All past events are archived, so you can play old events anytime, no matter how late you join, so no FOMO.
The EN voice acting is incredible, with characters speaking a certain accent based on the country they came from. There's even Russian, German, and soon Spanish voicelines(yes, the character speak in that language, not accents).
There's fanservice in this game, however I think that they are very tasteful, doesn't try to shove big watermelon women at you, and the men are also very hot as well. The design of characters in general are also high quality, with references sprinkled around their art.
Did you know there's a open world sequel of Arknights?Name is Arknights, Endfield and you should totally check it out.(shameless promotion smh)
All and all, I can confidently say that Arknights is the best gacha game on the market right now, with diverse gameplay that'll keep you hooked, trying to clear difficult stages , then feeling overwhelming joy at the end.
