I got a 17 min matchmaking ban for not accepting match found, match results in positive way and being afk. I have tried to login multiple times but this issue still persists.

As far as I can understand this issue is with server not recognising or not hosting our account. When we relay a request it doesn't go through at first but the second time/later on it does. However, while playing the match, the server doesn't recognise us and send a penalty to us for being afk. So in short Iam/we are being penalized for their bad servers. Nice
