It's sucks that they blocked some of the countries but you can still use vpn to play the game, thankfully:
1. if you downloaded the game without vpn first, then delete the game
2. turn on vpn and download the game (i used vpn-super choosed the singapore server)
3. install the game with vpn
4. after you have installed the game, the game will tell you to download a 2.1gb file, you can turn off vpn to download faster
5. turn on vpn again when you login the game and then play
