because CN and JP have their own Servers, while VIETNAM has a law from 2019 that requires the Publisher to have a Physical office in Vietnam if they want to publish a game there, that way the government can Tax the company. Of course the game has some element of P2W because it has PvP. Priconne also has PvP, near identical system to Blue Archive but even Free to Play like me can reach Top fucking 100.
