Revisiting Insane Aquarium: Looks Already Dated, but still as fun as before
9K View2021-11-10Insane Aquarium lived in the shadow of Plants vs. Zombies as one of Pop Cap Games' greatest hits. And as I saw several of these classics still available for mobile devices, I decided to revisit the game.
The game is pretty simple enough. You raise fish, fish drop coins, you use coins to buy fish food, and you defend your fish from those pesky evil aliens. Yeah, It's a fish raising simulator with ALIENS!
It's really straightforward and fun. While the fish-raising is the most fun part, fighting the aliens is a bit stressful. I mean, you often play these raising simulation games to relax... and then an alien shows up to eat your fishes. Yeah, it's a pretty... Insane Aquarium.
I haven't played this game for a very long time now, over a decade to be honest. And this game has been around before Pop Cap's mega hit, Plants vs. Zombies, so it's pretty old... older than most of you who might be reading this. That being said, the visuals look dated and goofy in comparison to the myriad of mobile games we have at the moment. However, the nostalgia factor still outweighed the rather old design. I still had fun, and still panicked every time an alien or two showed up.

[/b]Still as fun as I remembered, with the fish raising part still enjoyable... until the aliens show up of course. Though fighting the aliens is still very fun mind you.
[b]The Bad:
[/b]Graphics are really dated. Might turn off some people who prefer better graphics or younger players.

[/b]If you're old just like me, or don't mind dated graphics, this one will be for you! Just have fun, raise fishes, and shoot aliens!

İnteresting But Funny Game
In this game, we take fish and feed them into our aquarium and grow them. We need to get 3 egg pieces to pass each level. To get these, the money the fish give as they eat their food we are using. The first level is easy, but it gets harder and harder. Cause A fish that gets stronger in each level eats the fish. We use the weapon given by the game to kill this fish, but we have to upgrade it at each level as it becomes more and more inadequate.In addition, at the end of each level, items are given to make our work easier. For example When you pass the first level, a snail comes to collect the coins for us. In the next, sometimes an item comes out of which pearls come out. Although the game seems boring at first glance, it is fun to play.

Hungry shark review:
If ya talk about old hungry shark version(before existence of Leo) then Yes, it is a very good game. At least i think so because it was a giant part of my childhood.
In old version of this game, especially version 5.4.0, we can experience things like:
The fear of meeting those Big Grey enemy shark like megalodon, dunk, snappy. It was a very good experience.
Also, there are a damn enemy total kills which we can access though some button at the menu, those stats made me proud of myself.

For a simulation based off of fishing, this is definitely hard to top from other fishing Sim competitors. You recieve a plethora of knowledge and content, plus it's replayability is almost endless. There may be minor bugs every now and then, but they are often ignored due to overall gameplay and visual appeal.
Let's get into the overall visual appeal. From first glance, It feels like I'm actually down by the lake, with my yeti, fishing and relaxing. The lighting quality is truly something else. The quality and level of detail that goes into each fish is truly remarkable as well. You can also see a clear difference in quality between starter and advanced equipment. The way the water sits and how the sun shows proper reflection is truly amazing. The overall mechanics of each equipment is truly stunning. To top things off, the developers were able to produce this visual masterpiece, and still allowed for their game to be free to play. This is honestly a game where I would actually pay for just for the visual aspects alone. Y
