Genshin Impact is still one of the best open-world action RPGs out there. The world of Teyvat feels huge and alive, with great music and amazing landscapes. Exploration is fun—you can climb anything, glide across valleys, and find hidden chests everywhere.
The combat system is solid. Swapping between characters to trigger elemental reactions never gets old, and new characters keep the game fresh. But it can also feel like a grind. Resin limits and weekly bosses slow down progress if you don’t log in often.
The gacha system is another mixed bag. Pulling for five-star characters is exciting, but the low rates and the need for constellations can be frustrating, especially for free-to-play players.
Story-wise, the writing is good, but the pacing is uneven. Some quests are genuinely emotional while others drag on with endless dialogue. The voice acting is nice, but sometimes you just want to play, not listen to ten minutes of small talk.
Overall, Genshin Impact delivers beautiful visuals and satisfying gameplay, but it tests your patience with time-gated resources and slow story sequences. I need skip button.
