Pay to win game. The car skins sure are nice but if you are broke, then you are stuck with the weak cars the game gives to you in the beginning.
Now the gameplay isnt that bad, graphics are nice, the map is creative but this is a car game and having them is what matters the most. Been playing it for a year probably yet still have five to six cars (Bought two of them with real life money.)
