"I absolutely love the visual style, music, and the GTA/open-world mechanics of ANANTA. The decision to skip the Gacha system is a huge plus that sets the game apart from its competitors and can make it a lasting success.
However, we have one major concern: the playability of the Single-Player Mode when offline.
We understand that anti-cheat and security measures are essential. Therefore, our expectation from NetEase is:
* Main Story Content: That the main story and world exploration can be played offline (without internet) after the initial major download.
* Security Compromise: That the critical progression data (Save files) and cosmetics verification are handled through a Hybrid Solution, requiring players to periodically connect to the server (briefly online) for synchronization, similar to some single-player RPGs.
If the game strictly enforces an 'Always-Online' requirement, it will be a major disappointment for a huge number of players and could seriously hurt the rating scores at launch. This 'Hybrid Solution' would allow you to maintain security while delivering the perfect player experience. Please listen to your community! Waiting eagerly for the release."
