I have been a fan of the Just Cause franchise for a long time, and have been playing it since Just Cause 2 for PC. And when I saw the Beta, I just had to try. First of all, if you're not from Singapore like I am, please use a VPN first.
As for the game itself, I was surprised that it does not play like most Just Cause games, as it has more RPG elements within it. However, players can still cause much havoc with the grappler, as you zip around to avoid enemies... or get yourself closer to them. Admittedly, the grappler shenanigans look a bit toned down, though it's still only Beta for now, so they may add some options for doing fun things with the Grappler.
The controls are also quite simple and easy to understand. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the camera angles, which are quite clunky and often cannot keep up with the player. The shooting portion can also be a bit clumsy too, as my character cannot seem to aim properly at times, or is a bit late when I try and aim it.
As this is still Beta, I expected some bugs, and there are a ton of them as well. I had some FPS problems here and there as well. My screen also froze a few times in the middle of a mission, as well as experiencing a slight delay in shooting every now and then.
But in the end, I had fun and lost track of time. I was even late for a meeting because I was in my car trying to finish a mission. I had fun, and I look forward to when they actually release this game and finally fix those bugs.

Yeah, not the Just Cause we anticipated. The camera angle is a big problem.

First, as other regional test, remember to have a vpn to change your ip address to Singapore to join the test or you would forbidden by the game. I thought for a long time, 4 stars would be a fair score for an early access. I'm old fan of Just Cause. When I was child, my computer made by potatoes.(My dad bought it from my neighbor ) There many games my computer can't play at. They crashed as soon as I opened games. Just Cause is the one of games which can run smoothly on my compute.

Just Cause Mobile - cancelled
Reservations aside this feels pretty good. Top down perspective works well on mobile and here you can see it used to it's great potential. So far so good. I'm 30 odd minutes into it, the missions are plentiful. What I liked. You can group. Seems like a big environment but then again I'm still finding my feet in Prakesh. You can drive around. You can climb onto just about anything. What I didn't like was the shooting, it feels off, directional and aim sight combo feels unnatural under the thumbs. The missions are go here, blow this up, kill these dudes, repeat repeat repeat.

Just cause 3 is one of the best, most action packed game I have ever played alongside metal gear rising revengance. There is no tutorial, no instructions the game just throws you on top of a plane gives you a rocket launcher and tells you to blow some stuff up. I absolutely love this game and it's mechanics, you could spend hours just messing around with your tools like the grappling hook and wingsuit and not even doing the main missions the sense of freedom in this game is similar to breath of the wild which I love. One of the highlights of just cause 3 is the destruction and the explosions. Seeing a massive radar dish collapse after I shoot it with a heavy explosive tank shell activates my monkey brain cells and makes me happy. The only cons of just cause 3 are it's reused assets the enemy camps, towns and cities often feel copy and pasted and you get a strong sense of deja vu exploring the map this is countered however by the beautiful natural surroundings. Medici is a truly stunning island I would actually go on holiday there (as long as there weren't any maniacs with wingsuits, grappling wings and rocket launchers running smock) I absolutely recommend this game to sandbox and action lovers it's also incredibly cheap as it's several years old now but still holds up to modern standards so buy the DLC's while you're at it.
