Got a bug whenever I launch the game I get a black screen whenever I get to the screen you press play to load a game in I can press it but when I get into a game I get another black screen can anyone help me?

I‘ve tried to enter the game, but it stuck at the open screen. Does anyone know hoe to solve this issue?
