Hello, I have been emailing [email protected] for over a week since the last update. Since the update myself and many (or maybe all) iOS users can not login. I have messaged them on all platforms, so reverting to this now. Please actually review your emails as the update has kicked many users out of playing.
Same, I am VIP rank 17 which means I have spent a lot more than I should have (but here we are). So missing out on the event with an exclusive castle skin for stacking bonus's is not fun. I am running out of ideas to be noticed by them for this major issue.

Having same issue pretty pissed as I’ve spent money for daily rewards and I can’t access them let alone the event that’s currently on I’m missing out and no response via email or anything
