Games worth discovering
An amazing cozy game

Since playing the Beta, I've had so much fun hanging out with friends and even making new friends. I'm so excited that the games officially out now.
The game is casual friendly, heartwarming, very cute and I adore it so much.
The cosmetics and home building is where the game shines the most. The cosmetic designs are gorgeous and while most of the good stuff is paid content (they have to make their money somehow), the stuff you can buy through in game currency is still good enough and there are lots of options that change daily in the clothing store.
Home building reminds me of a simplified version of the sims. Though its still fantastic and you can make incredible builds. Theres also so many furniture options earned and bought through just playing the game (as well as themed ones through a paid model). Even if you aren't a builder, you've never played a sims game or just don't know about designing, there's a few features available to help such as predesigned furniture sets, rooms and even entire home blueprints later in the game.
The gameplay is nice and easy to get into. My only issue is the strange controls on PC since it plays exactly like a mobile port.
Graphics are cute and colorful.
Its definitely lacking in music. You'll be hearing the same sounds through the entire game no matter where you go. However, there are variances in bird calls which help identify the different species for birdwatching which is really nice.
Theres no proper story rich aspect of the game, it's just one of those games where the decisions you make, things you do, and the friends you make become your personal story.
My biggest concern right now is that the game doesn't feel co-operative and friend-focused enough. It feels like a solo experience with co-operative aspects such as minigames where everyone's contribution counts towards an overall goal. You also can't talk to friends unless they are within close proximity through the in-game chat, unless you send them mail which is an odd chat feature.

I hope the devs keep improving the game and add more co-operative features in the future. I look forward to seeing where the game goes and I'm so excited for the new mlp collab in Feb
