I’ve been rating this game 5 stars until I got banned for a month for absolutely no reason. It's impossible to get through to the developers, and I’m at a loss for what to do. I just bought a 30-day safe, and this ban is the 'gift' I get in return?
I’ve been playing since the beta tests, I have a ton of donated items on my account, and I play almost every day. I want justice. Developers should be banning cheaters, not mistakenly banning regular players. I’ve lost almost all trust in the team. I’ve sent numerous emails, but the response is always the same canned message, as if they don’t care about their players at all.
