I've played Mobile Legends for years, but the current state of the game is pushing long-time players like me away. The core gameplay is fun, but three major systemic issues make it deeply frustrating and unfair. (Rank - Mythical Immortal for 2 whole years before I started college. Helcurt's revamp and its update ruined everything including below the dark system matchmaking, ridiculous balance changes etc...
The Infamous "Dark System" Matchmaking is Real. The pattern is exhausting and predictable: after a solid win streak, especially when you're one single victory away from reaching a new rank like Mythic, the game suddenly feels impossible. You are placed with teammates who seem inexperienced or disconnected against a perfectly coordinated enemy team. This isn't just bad luck; it's a consistent experience shared by the entire community. It feels like the game artificially decides when you can and cannot progress, making your skill and effort feel worthless.
Broken Customer Service and Inaction. Attempting to get help or report issues is a dead end. Submitting a ticket is met with painfully slow responses, generic replies, and ultimately no action taken on clear violations. I have reported players with clearly offensive and inappropriate names multiple times, only to see them playing freely weeks later. The support experience is made worse by tickets being automatically closed within a day or two, making you feel like you're shouting into a void. It's the opposite of player-friendly.
Conclusion: This is no longer a competitive game based on skill and strategy. It's a demoralizing cycle of manipulated matches, non-existent support, and a broken game balance that invalidates entire roles. Until Moonton takes concrete steps to fix its matchmaking, overhaul its customer service, and rebalance true damage, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
