Trash rates especially when you need 90 shards to get a SSR and when you do get a SSR shard it's only like 5 and that will happen almost never and they have a step up cash grab meaning to unlock better packs you need to first buy the smaller ones then gradually spend more to get the higher tier ones which from the looks of it has no value so don't install this game. Classic EA games being greedy.

Hi fiLthy, we apologize for your bad game experience. You'll get a full SSR Spirit within 60 summons for sure (If you are lucky enough you will get a full SSR Spirit/Master from the first summon(>▽<)) and will get some SSR shards before you get the full hero. We have seen that some players get 3 full SSR heroes within just 10 summon. But the game do need to be improved cause it is in Open Beta Test now. Thanks for your understanding!(u‿ฺu✿ฺ)

Author likedGet rid of EA games as the publisher and the game will improve. As for the summons they might have just gotten lucky because rolled 10 accounts and not a single SSR besides from the one everyone gets in the beginning.
