Hmm ... Project M turns into Hyper Front. I managed to get into the beta test and play two matches. Plays exactly as you would expect from a Valorant clone. Has same monetization as Valorant with gun skins. Heroes have similar abilities to those in Valorant. If you want to play a "Valorant on mobile" this will have to do for now.
To access click on the link further down in the app page for download. Get a VPN that changes location; I use power vpn. Change location into one of the regions and press play. Your progress in the game will reset as it is a test.
Objectively if you like playing Valorant you'll enjoy this game.

The only positive thing that comes out of this game beta is that it shows that Valorant can be played on a mobile device and thus viable. Other than that this game reminds me of other mobile games trying to cash out of a game that hasn't released the official version on mobile. Games such as garena free fire, fortcraft (aka creative destruction), mobile legends: bang bang. All of these games eventually motivated the release of pubg mobile, fortnite, and league of legends wild rift.

If you’re dying to play something that captures the feel of Valorant on mobile devices, Hyper Front is worth playing. How similar is it? Well, it’s close enough that Valorant developer Riot Games is actually suing Hyper Front publisher NetEase. That said, I don’t think Hyper Front is a total clone, for better and worse. But until Valorant Mobile actually comes out, it does a fine job of filling that tactical hero shooter role on phones.

I've been playing this game on PC since 2021. It is fun and one of the best games I've ever played in PC. Now, I can't wait for the release of Valorant Mobile, as it has the same mechanics as the PC version. But it has better features, like MVP animations and etc. Cant wait!

There is no official release from global yet. However, it did soft launch in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. As of the 20th of January, 2022. I have not yet investigated how to download the game. If I figure a method that works, I will update this comment. EDIT: To install soft launch version. 1. Clear cache of TapTap 2. install vpn( I use powervpn) 3. change location to (Philippines) 4. reopen TapTap, and search hyperfront. 5. or use this link:https://www.taptap.io/app/228434 ***link may be broken I personally recommend you use a throwaway google, Twitter or Facebook account to play. Once you login, it will lock your account to south east Asia servers and you can't change it anymore. If you're not from or close to south east Asia servers game is laggy. Even with vpn my lowest is 300ms.

The soft launch countries included right now are: Singapore,Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand. If you are not from these countries I don't recommend playing. Since you will be playing at a disadvantage with your game ping( lag), due to how far the servers are.
