I’ve been playing this since Beta, and now it’s officially out.
Basically, the ping is better now since they’ve added more servers.
But the UI optimization is pure trash. Imagine losing a match and then having to click "Next" 4-5 times just to get back to the lobby, with a loading screen for every single click. It’s absolutely infuriating, especially when you're already tilted!

Custom layouts don't even save to the cloud. Yeah, you heard that right. If you reinstall the game, your sensitivity and HUD settings are gone forever. :)
The movement feels super clunky and buggy. I keep getting stuck in walls or rubberbanding back to where I was a second ago, even though my ping is perfectly fine.
In-game items are way too overpriced. If you’re planning to grind for an operator, good luck, because it’s going to take an eternity.

The ranked matchmaking is straight-up unfair. I’m at Platinum, but the game keeps pairing me with a bunch of bots and teammates who are stuck in Silver or Bronze??! Meanwhile, the enemy team is perfectly balanced. It honestly feels like the game sees my win streak and decides to "rig" the match just to destroy me.
The devs should implement a system to detect AFK players and cancel the match instead of docking rank points for the whole team. Playing a 4v5 is a joke and we shouldn't be penalized for it
